After arriving in Binh Lieu, from Binh Lieu town, drive towards Hoanh Mo on National Highway 18C about 3-4km, turn right into Ngan Chuong village, turn towards landmark 68 about 14km towards famous landmarks 1302 and 1305. From landmark 1302, drive another 9km to reach the "Dinosaur's Back" of Binh Lieu. This route is called "Dinosaur's Back" thanks to the uniqueness of the trails on the mountain top, connecting the landmarks together, forming a link like the back of a prehistoric dinosaur. This is also known as one of the most difficult routes to conquer in the North.

There are about 64 markers bordering Nanning, China, including 4 sacred markers that you cannot miss, namely 1300, 1302, 1305 and 1327. The border markers are one of the extremely interesting check-in locations in Quang Ninh that you must visit once. To conquer Cao Xiem peak, the highest mountain in Quang Ninh, tourists and trekking enthusiasts will have to overcome a journey of more than 7km. The transportation system here is not yet developed, the path is mainly a winding trail, following the mountainside with many bumpy rocky sections. There are three routes to the top of Cao Xiem. Binh Lieu is beautiful year-round, but the most special season is the silver grass season, which lasts from late October to November (and can extend into early December). We chose to travel in late October when the climate is pleasantly cool. Some of the best spots to admire the silver grass are along the Border Patrol Path, particularly at landmarks like the "Dinosaur's Backbone" (Sống lưng khủng long), which offers panoramic views of the surrounding hills blanketed in silver grass. Group travel is fun! Sharing a private car to go to Binh Lieu and then renting motorbikes to sightsee around is a great way to explore.
