I visited this place with my husband for our honeymoon. We truly enjoyed our stay and talked about returning with friends to the same hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with anything you need. The views are lovely， featuring the garden， rooms， ocean， beach， and pool. We also appreciated the delicious food and drinks. Additionally， we used the gym and tennis court for some exercise. The spa offers nice massages too. We loved it here for its tranquility， and it really feels like a paradise resort.

The location was fantastic! I had a ground floor room with an ocean view—ideal for sitting outside and watching the sea. The staff provided superb service. At night， small lizards visited the porch， which was quite charming. There were a few ants in the room， but being close to nature and winter season， it was expected. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided and the bed changed once during the week. The mini bar was basic， yet beach staff were available to take drink orders all day， or room service could be ordered. I used room service multiple times for meals， snacks， and drinks. Over seven days， the extra service charges amounted to £40， which was fine since I was on holiday. With the all-inclusive package， no additional food or drink costs were incurred. They extended the package until I left the hotel， even after the 11 am checkout. I booked massage treatments to pass the time， and it was possible to shower if you planned to hit the beach using other hotel facilities. The all-inclusive benefits lasted until my departure around 4 pm， which was thoughtful， keeping refreshments trouble-free. I embarked on three day excursions during my 7-day solo trip. I felt secure， and the taxi drivers shared the intriguing history of Mauritius and any information I required. Next time， I’d like to stay longer since the journey from the UK was long—it deserves an extended visit. A lovely place with friendly locals， stunning scenery， and amazing snorkeling to see the vibrant fish.

We had a lovely day at Tamassa Resort， and it genuinely surpassed all our expectations. From the moment we arrived， the staff made us feel welcomed and well cared for. We also had the opportunity to unwind at the spa， which was indeed a calming and refreshing experience. The atmosphere was peaceful， and the therapists were professional and attentive. I stayed at this hotel in July 2025 and was warmly welcomed by the staff upon arrival. Everyone greeted us and invited us to sit at the reception， where we were offered a special sugarcane drink that was delicious. After receiving routine information， our rooms were ready. They were conveniently close to the reception. Upon entering， the room was stunning， with the bed nicely made， the temperature cool， and plenty of space. We had a family room with an adjacent space that was lovely. We relaxed before heading to dinner at the buffet. There， we were once again greeted warmly. We took turns making our plates， and the food was delightful. We enjoyed drinks at the bar with nice music， wrapping up the day. The following day， we relaxed by the main pool despite the less-than-ideal weather， which， of course， wasn't the hotel's fault. It was a lovely pool area with music and several restaurants. During our stay in Mauritius， we drove around the island， not exploring the hotel in full， but it's definitely recommended. � The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Our experience at Tamassa was truly delightful. We originally booked two Tamassa rooms， and the hotel kindly upgraded us to Superior rooms that offered stunning views of the pool and a direct view of the beach in the distance. The rooms were very spacious， featuring a wonderful bathroom and a comfortable bed. We upgraded to half board for 1200 Mauritian rupees per adult per night， and the breakfast and dining options included an excellent mix of continental， Indian， and Mauritian cuisines. There were ample vegetarian choices， so we had no trouble finding meals. The property itself is beautiful， boasting a long beach， excellent facilities like a boathouse with complimentary glass-bottom boat tours and snorkeling， free daytime drinks at the beach， three fantastic large pools， and expansive grounds that our children enjoyed immensely. The staff was consistently welcoming and helpful.

From our arrival， the hospitality was excellent， especially from Ayush， who was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. He was polite， kind， and had great customer service skills， making a lasting impression on our experience. The food was good， with a nice variety from the two restaurants—one offering a buffet and the other à la carte. We also enjoyed the wide range of activities available， like snorkeling， kayaking， and a glass-bottom boat trip. Our room was spacious and comfortable， featuring both a bathtub and a separate shower. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. Overall， Tamassa provided a perfect balance of relaxation， adventure， and remarkable service. Looking forward to returning soon.
