A riverside resort in Ratchaburi Province, good atmosphere, lots of activities 🏡🏞️🌅 The Antique Riverside
Come experience the Mon community lifestyle amidst nature by the river with vintage-style accommodation decorated in a chic and contemporary style. Each room is decorated differently and is inviting to stay in every room. 🏡The one I chose to stay at was “Baan Nakhon Rama Home Theater”, like being in a movie world, relaxing in a chill movie-watching atmosphere. 🎬
In addition, they also have a full range of activities, such as:
🥻Wear local Mon costumes and take beautiful photos📸
🫖🍮 In the afternoon, sip tea and have snacks by the river with the Afternoon tea set
🖌️ Do cool activities and take them home (they have 4 to choose from, I chose to color a Mon girl, so cute)
🍽️Khantoke dinner, watch the amazing sunset 🌅 (The set menu includes Mon pome curry, papaya salad with shredded pork on rice And shrimp with chili and salt) In addition, I also ordered other menus to try and they were all delicious.
🍎 Goodnight fruit served to the room
🍳 And what I really like is the floating breakfast. Take a picture with the blue pool with a cute food set.
It's an accommodation with lots of photo spots.📸
This place is both a resort - restaurant - riverside cafe.

#tripพาบินเที่ยวจีน Coffee Please in the Garden, a riverside cafe in Ban Pong District, Ratchaburi Province. What makes it special is that it is located on the main road to Tha Maka, Kanchanaburi. Simply put, anyone who goes to Kanchanaburi must pass through this place for sure. How could you not stop by?
The shop is very cute. It is a white square block by the river with a green lawn in the middle. During this time, it is near the festival, so it is decorated with a Christmas tree. Chai Chet Fried Bananas Shop in Front of the Post Office - Eat to Your Heart's Content
Located right at the Ban Pong Clock Tower roundabout, the shop is directly opposite the Ban Pong Post Office. It looks so delicious that you have to stop by when you walk past. Everything here is tasty, including fried bananas, fried sweet potatoes, fried taro, turtle egg cakes, banana rice crisps, and even purple sweet potato rice crisps. It's really good. We ordered the sweet and rich fried bananas, not astringent at all. Ordered 20 baht worth and ate to our heart's content.

Ta Ta Roasted Pork Rice Signature Dish: Chili Paste
Ban Pong's must-visit: Ta Ta Roasted Pork Rice
The signature dish features crispy pork with chili paste!
The crispy pork skin is thin and crunchy, with a smoky aroma, and the roasted pork is tender.
The sauce is perfectly sweet and salty, and there's chili paste on the table, similar to stir-fried chili paste.
Eating roasted pork rice with the restaurant's special chili paste is a perfect match. This legendary Ban Pong restaurant often has long lines, but the wait isn't too long if you take it home.

The shop has now expanded into a café by the Mae Klong River, offering convenient parking. This place is incredibly popular, with long lines of customers waiting to buy their treats. Their sweet and creamy toddy palm cake is soft and fluffy, while the crispy nuts are a delightful snack. The Thong Yip, Thong Yod, and Foi Thong are exceptionally smooth and delicate. At the shop, you might even meet Mother Kanya herself, whose joy comes from interacting with customers. She remembers every customer, especially the long-time patrons. Nowadays, when elderly customers can't come themselves, their children or grandchildren come to buy, and Mother Kanya often adds extra treats because she knows what the elders at home like. This bond between the shop and its customers has made it successful without the need for advertising or marketing strategies.

St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Ban Pong
.. Established in 1927, Ban Pong began to expand rapidly after the construction of the railway in 1900-1902. Ban Pong was a community that had an advantage over other communities because it was located on the banks of the Mae Klong River. When the railway was completed, Ban Pong began to become an important market for agricultural products from other places and sent them to Bangkok and Malaysia. For this reason, there was an immigration from nearby communities to Ban Pong. Among the immigrants, some were Christians.
.. St. Joseph's Church is considered a large Christian community with the largest number of Christians among the churches in the Ratchaburi Diocese.
.. The church is built in a modern Gothic style, simple and elegant. Inside, there is only a pulpit and a statue of Jesus Christ.
