Baiyin is the only city in China named after a precious metal.
It is a clean and leisurely small city with a charming historical atmosphere and rich cultural heritage. The museum is quiet, with few visitors but a rich collection of exhibits. Visitors can also enjoy hands-on experiences. According to the staff, the exhibits are changed regularly, which sounds quite interesting.
