This time I visited Ayutthaya, Wan came to eat at this restaurant. 🔸Pannana Cafe and Eatery The restaurant is located on the banks of the Chao Phraya River. It is decorated in a contemporary Thai style, blended with the nature that surrounds the restaurant, both trees and the river. It is a perfect combination. There are 2 seating areas: an air-conditioned area and an outdoor area by the river. There is also an air-conditioned area upstairs. It is very private for groups to sit upstairs. There is also an activity called 🎨PaintingFans that you can do in the restaurant. As for the taste of the food here, Wan personally thinks that the taste of the food here is very flavorful. The plating also makes the food look even more delicious. It is very delicious. This place caters to all ages and meets all lifestyles, whether you come as a couple, a group of friends, or a family. The cafe is named after Simon de la Loubérre, the 17th century French diplomat and mathematician. We arrived during festive season, so the place was quite crowded with a lot of instagrammers. It's quite odd to see sand used as decorative snows, but it seems the kids and photographers were enjoying themselves. Cake and drinks had a Japanese bakery vibe, with seasonal recipes. Spend a weekend away from Bangkok to visit Ayutthaya, which is renowned for its temple ruins, dating as far back to the 14th century. Please dress modestly when visiting the temples. At Wat Phra Mahathat, there's a sculpture of buddha's head within the banyan tree. When taking photos, the subject of the photo should not be above Buddha and you'd see visitors kneeling or crouching in respect. For lunch or dinner, one can head to Central Ayutthaya where the mall has various dining options before proceeding to visit the Bang Pa-In Summer Palace. You will get to see different architectural styles from different countries, which makes the palace a magnificent sight to appreciate in wonder. (Based on the special express train) 🧳The train is old and can be a bit dirty. However, it is cheap to ride, 🧳It is good because it arrives on time from Ayutthaya to Bangkok without any traffic.
