"Kamitakaba Daijingu Fujinosato Park" ⁡ Asakura District, Fukuoka Prefecture This is a park inside Kamitakaba Daijingu. It has a large wisteria tree that is over 100 years old, and it is designated as a natural monument of the town. ⁡ I was able to stop by on the way back from Haratsuru Onsen. The day I went, the Wisteria Festival was being held, and there were a lot of people there. There were also stalls set up. ⁡ The wisteria trellis that jutted out from the large roots was a spectacular sight! Unfortunately it was raining, but the purple, white and pink wisteria were not in full bloom, but it was still very beautiful. ⁡ Because it was a festival, there were plenty of parking spaces available.
