A picturesque place with tulips in the foreground, snowy mountains in the background, and sakura in the middle. I visited on April 16, 2024, which was after the event period, so some sakura had already started to fall. However, the tulips were in full bloom. The weather was nice and sunny. It's recommended to have a private car for convenience, but if you don't have one, there are shuttle buses from Tomari Station during the event period.
