Love the antique building which is well maintained. The staff is very sincere n feels hospitality. Food is excellent n staff was kind enough to translate n explain every dish to us. Onsen in the room was newly renovated. We had an enjoyable n relaxing stay.

The environment is elegant, the room is large and comfortable, the dressing room, bathroom and open-air hot spring are in the same area, very user-friendly, complete toiletries and makeup remover care products, and a mask, considerate. Kaiseki dinner is perfect, every dish is made with seasonal ingredients, the taste is rich and delicious, the breakfast is also very good, praise the chef. こちらは無人のホテルです。本館でチェックインして，鍵をもらい、自分で移動します。気楽な感じで、無人も気になりませんでした。お部屋についてるお風呂のバスタブの中に、髪の毛が残っていて，掃除をしてないのかなとちょっと不潔感を感じましたが、どっちみち大浴場に入るのでそのままにしておきました。お部屋は広めで気持ちがよかったです。

This Ryokan is a bit secluded. Do email them if you need a free shuttle van service coming from the Yugawara train station (van service started after 2pm). Their is service is outstanding from the moment you arrived at the hotel. The room is huge and lovely. The open air bath area offered a nice scenic view during the day. The night view of the moon and stars while soaking in the bath is even more stunning. The Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were delicious. The service staff was very professional and tried their best to explain the different courses of food with their limited English. Highly recommended for people to experience their first Ryokan stay.

The worst hotel in Japan It costs more than 2,000 RMB when you check in. I accidentally clicked it on the day of check-in and saw that the room type on the same day was only more than 800 RMB. The room is small, the food is not tasty, the tatami bedding and pillows are not very clean, the person who arranges the meal has a stinking face, and the exhaust fan can not be turned off at night, it is always loud and noisy, the private soup is ordered It's not hot enough... It's all slots, it's not recommended and I won't choose again

일본어도 영어도 잘 못하는 도쿄여행 처음 가본 여행객이며, 여행사에서는 욕실포함이라며 개인료칸 사진까지 올려 예약해서 갔는데 알고보니 욕실이란게 말 그대로 개인욕실일 뿐 료칸이 아니였습니다. 뭔가 잘못 됐다 싶어 열심히 손짓, 발짓하며 파파고로 소통하였는데, 말도 안 통하는 클레임에 기분이 나쁠 법도 하지만 얼굴에 구김 하나 없이 친절히 안내해주시고, 사진 속 방으로 업그레이드까지 해주셨습니다. 그리고 석식, 조식 너무 맛있게 잘 먹었고, 특히 석식의 경우 코스요리로 제대로 된 대접을 받는 기분이였습니다. 다음에 또 갈 수 있다면 가장 좋은 방을 이용해 또 다른 추억을 쌓아보고 싶었습니다. 예약 이슈로 불쾌할 뻔했던 일본에서의 료칸여행을 기분 좋게 마무리할 수 있도록 마음 써주셔서 진심으로 감사드립니다. 사진 잘 보고 예약하시구, 개인료칸 개인욕실이 구분되어있지 않는 여행사라면 꼭 예약 전 확인하시길 추천드립니다.

This is my first time to experience this kind of pure Japanese-style hotel. Although I only stayed there for one night in a hurry, the experience was very rich and colorful. The service staff was warm and considerate. Although we relied almost entirely on translation machines and body language, it did not affect our communication. The aunt who was responsible for taking care of us would patiently help us change our clothes, remind us to appreciate the cherry blossoms, and ask us where to go. It felt like my own relatives were taking care of the children who came to travel. This is probably the meaning of a family hotel. Dinner and breakfast were very delicious and sufficient! The girls really couldn't finish it! When I learned that someone of us had a birthday, I got a handwritten blessing card, which was very touching! Our friends agreed to stay more time to come here next time!

The hotel is small, but very quiet. In a hot spring village, it is more suitable for two days. It is the closest to Tangheyuan Station, but it is 2 kilometers. It is a bit tired to walk. The hotel has a special car to send it for free.
