"A hotel with no humanity. I checked in around 1 PM on December 14th. I went to the balcony to check on the soaking tub. Seeing some water, I prepared to fill it with cold water to rinse myself. However, as I entered the tub, I slipped and fell. The hotel arranged for two people to accompany me to Xinxing People's Hospital. X-rays showed minor injuries to my left foot and head, but a comminuted fracture of my right big toe. I returned to my room around 5 PM. After returning, the general manager's assistant added me on WeChat, saying I could call the hotel front desk for help if needed. I mentioned that it was inconvenient to use the toilet at night and asked them to buy me a crutch. They said they didn't have any nearby, as the hotel was far from the city center. After repeated requests and negotiations, they finally bought one around 9 PM. Around 6 PM that afternoon, we made two requests regarding this accident: first, to arrange a driver to take us back to Bao'an District, Shenzhen (210 km), as we couldn't drive; second, to buy an electric wheelchair for me to use back in Shenzhen, costing around 3,000 yuan. After my cast was removed, I returned the wheelchair to the hotel. The hotel wasn't responsible for any follow-up treatment, including hiring a caregiver. But this morning, the hotel staff said the general manager wouldn't agree to either of our requests, and that we, as adults, had to take responsibility. How am I supposed to get back to Bao'an? They don't care; they just said the insurance company would contact us, and then nobody paid any attention to us. Is there any hotel this inhumane? Isn't my slipping and falling related to the hotel's poor cleaning practices?"

"It was renovated from an old hotel, so it doesn't look very good from the outside. It's located in a relatively remote place and there are no facilities around it. There is a parking lot behind the hotel, which is not managed by anyone. Although it is a dedicated parking lot for the hotel, other cars should be able to park as well. The front desk staff had a nice smile, and they also gave me a check-in souvenir, which is an emerging specialty. This was the first surprise. The elevator is also relatively old, and still has the name of the old hotel written on it. The room was the second surprise. I booked a family room with one living room and one room. There were tents and rocking horses in the lobby that children liked. The room was very clean and neatly tidied. Finally, there is a small regret. It should be that the hotel facilities are too old. "I visited the Guo'en Temple in Xinxing with my parents and stayed at this hotel. The location is excellent, the hotel is brand new, and the service is top-notch. Two private hot spring pools: The hot springs on the first basement floor are unique, and the evening shift attendant was incredibly kind. General Manager Huang is young, beautiful, capable, and has a warm, welcoming smile that made me feel right at home. She truly inspires customer loyalty! It's impressive how well she manages the hotel, born in '94, being authoritative with staff and empathetic with guests. I will definitely be back to hopefully meet her again. The front desk staff, especially Leah, was also great; she offered us a welcome drink. At breakfast, I was surprised by a sour tea, but the waitress patiently explained it to me – it was super helpful! Overall, the service was excellent!"

"This is my first time staying in a hotel in Xi'an. This time is really unforgettable. After checking in, the room was on the 8th floor. When I entered, I found a large puddle of water on the bathroom floor. It should be caused by the running water of the toilet. Then I called the front desk and asked to change rooms, and they were changed. Moreover, this room was facing a hospital, which made me feel really uncomfortable. I asked the front desk to change the odd number for me, and the front desk changed me to a room with an odd number on the 9th floor. At that time, I felt that the service was satisfactory. The problem arose after I moved into the 9th floor. The air conditioner was not working. At first I didn't feel bad when I opened the window. I thought I wouldn't be able to use the air conditioner. But when I went to bed at night and closed the curtains, I felt very hot and stuffy, so I called Give it to the waiter at the front desk.
