"The soundproofing was terrible. On our first night, just as we were about to go to sleep, someone came in next door and started making noise. We could hear them clearly. We thought it would stop soon, but it went on for over an hour without stopping. They even played loud music to try and cover it up, but it didn't work. Unable to sleep, we called the front desk to change rooms, explaining that the noise next door was too loud and we couldn't sleep. The front desk just asked if the room was already used. I was speechless. It was past 1 a.m.! Did they think we were just looking for a room to change? Even after we packed our things and changed rooms, the noise next door still hadn't stopped. We suspected the neighbors were having sex. We wrote down our license plate number twice, once for check-in and once for check-out. Both times we had to call the front desk to complain about leaving the parking garage. I don't understand the point of having them write down my license plate number."

"The location is convenient, right in Xingyi city center. It's not too far to get to Wanfenglin (Forest of Ten Thousand Peaks) or Fenglin Buyi by taxi. Highly recommend it. The room is spacious and even has a small balcony. The common areas are also clean and tidy. Recommended!"

"The room type was excellent, with stunning views of Wanfenglin as soon as you opened the door. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and responded very quickly. The room itself was well-equipped with thoughtful amenities; there were no outdated appliances. The shower and bathroom fixtures were all high-end brands, and the showerhead had great pressure. They even provided a Dyson hairdryer, along with various thoughtful disposable items like makeup remover wipes, face masks, laundry detergent, and children's toiletries."

"The hotel boasts an absolutely stunning view. Our room even had a small private patio right outside the door, perfect for drying clothes. Eating breakfast while gazing at the Wanfenglin mountains was truly beautiful. The only downsides were the rather cramped underground parking, with a shared entrance and exit, and the fact that they charge for children's breakfast, which isn't very friendly."

"I booked a double room and extended my stay in the same room, which already saved the hotel time and effort, but they went even further by cutting corners on amenities. There were no towels in the bathroom, and I almost slipped. For the packed breakfast, the staff only gave me a paper bag to put the food in. The service quality and attitude were not worth the price, nor did they deserve the Orange Crystal brand."
