"The hotel is located in Xiwu, close to Xianyang city center, and only a 10-minute drive from Maoling, which is very convenient! The hotel has complete facilities, including a smart toilet, which is great! However, the room I stayed in had a strong smell of smoke as soon as I entered, as if it were specifically designed for smokers, and it didn't dissipate quickly; yellow water leaked out from the toilet seat when I lifted it, indicating that the cleaning wasn't thorough. I wanted to ask for a room change, but then I thought it was only for one night, so I decided to make do. Apart from these two issues, everything else was great. I hope they can improve!"

All the king-size rooms are on the road side, and the aluminum alloy window is not double-glazed, nor is it a broken bridge structure, so the sound insulation effect is relatively poor. Any car passing by on the road at night will make a lot of noise, which seriously affects sleep. The hot water comes too slowly. It takes at least 3 minutes to turn on the hot water before it is a little warm, and the temperature of the hot water is not high enough. I wanted to take a shower, but I couldn't take a shower at this temperature. Maybe the hotel is relatively new, the occupancy rate is not very high, and the boss saves costs in various ways. The breakfast is really a bargain, with few samples, and it is basically cold."

"1. The hotel is very old, with decor that's over ten years old. Hygiene is poor; the bathroom lacks an exhaust fan, and the floor is constantly wet after a shower. 2. The toiletries are extremely poor. Since I was staying alone, they only provided one toothbrush. I brought my own, but no toothpaste. The towels were yellowed and frayed; I always use my own. 3. The hotel charges for tissues in the room. I've never seen a hotel charge for tissues before. 4. There was no hairdryer, no TV, the air conditioner remote was broken, and the air conditioner was very noisy. 5. The electric blanket was placed under the sheet, and the comforter inside was yellowed, like diaper pads—it was disgusting. 6. There was absolutely no service awareness. I stayed for six days, and the water was cut off every morning when I went to wash up—this happened three times.
