The room was tiny, and the in-room facilities were mediocre, at least significantly smaller than other hotels in the same price range. The most unbearable part was the terrible soundproofing. For two consecutive nights, my neighbors were different groups leaving in the early morning to see the volcano, and I could hear their every word clearly, making it impossible to sleep. This poor sleep quality directly affected my business schedule during the day."
