"Room with city view , we were staying for 3 nights and everything was good. All the employees were very kind and polite. Breakfast look very good, we normally don’t eat a lot in the morning but there were a lot of choices especially Indonesians food. The bed and the cushions were good and the towels were thick and clean. The room is not completely soundproof so we could hear the neighbors or from the hall, but we are mostly out and weren’t back in the room until later in the evening. I only thought there was a bit of a weird smell in the hall or in the room. The bathroom was clean , but I think it could be cleaned a little bit better especially in the side of the tiles, the sink and the toilet. Amenities , no hairdryer and the refrigerator was not cool enough , water-cooker needs to be checked or replaced ( it was leaking ) Location is good to the airport, but far from supermarket or place to eat ."

"I wouldn't recommend this hotel. While the service was somewhat warm, the variety and taste of the breakfast food were the only highlights. The room was tiny, and the in-room facilities were mediocre, at least significantly smaller than other hotels in the same price range. The most unbearable part was the terrible soundproofing. For two consecutive nights, my neighbors were different groups leaving in the early morning to see the volcano, and I could hear their every word clearly, making it impossible to sleep. This poor sleep quality directly affected my business schedule during the day."
