Wisconsin Dells Hotels with Swimming Pools

We had a good time with a very bad start. First, the negative: beware that the hotel will charge you an extra fee when you get there! I was charged an additional $86 ”resort fee” when I arrived, and the guy next to me in line had an additional $540! Expect this hidden fee that they don't tell you about. Other than that we had a mostly positive experience. Most staff were very friendly (minus one lady working the water slides who wasn't very nice). The rooms were clean, nice, and big, with a few very small problems (a handle on the sink broken off, but still usable, and a partially broken switch for the fan in the bathroom which was also still usable). I put trash outside our room to be thrown out, and a day later when we left it still hadn't been removed. Overall the hotel is nice and the water park was a lot of fun, but the extra fees right when I arrived soured me on the experience.

That was the second time we stayed and service is still as awesome as ever with the service but the continental breakfast is not so good, the bread are stale and the orange juice taste old ( bad) . Other than the breakfast , the room was clean, the bed was nice. The bathroom was clean

My husband and I tried to book a room on a Saturday in the Dells. I knew it would be tough but couldn’t find anything in a 10 mile radius. Luckily we managed to find a last minute cancel at the Best Western. We were very fortunate that they managed to get us a top floor room in the back of the hotel. And it was very quiet. Older property But the room was clean and bed very comfortable. Great dark out curtain and AC. Skipped the breakfast and opted for the Log Cabin in Baraboo. A good nights sleep. Happy folks.

Everything about the motel was great. The lady at reception was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the location is perfect. There was some sort of festival going on so traffic was a mess but that was fine. We would definitely stay here again if and when we return.

The service was very good. The child accidentally made the bathroom floor full of water. The waiter took the initiative to help us clean the floor. The overall price/performance ratio of the room was good. There were few choices for breakfast.
