Room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the fireplace in the lobby and outdoor decor. It was very convenient to have a bar right in the hotel. The pool & hot tub area is very large & nice with basketball hoops in the pool. We had a room on the backside of the hotel with a balcony facing the wood and we saw a deer walking past one morning while we were drinking coffee outside. That was fun. Staff was all very friendly and helpful.

Staff was very friendly, continental breakfast was pretty good, the pool was warm, the hot tub was hot. The breakfast/dining area has a lack of tables to eat at.

The hotel was very clean. The bed was very comfy and the play area and pool were very nice! The price was so reasonable, and it even included wristbands to Chula Vista! We had such a great time at the hotel that we never even made it to Chula Vista Waterpark we only went there for dinner.

Nice, simple hotel! Clean, friendly, easy in and out, close to everything. Huge bonus Chula Vista waterpark tickets included! It's not the most up to date but everything works. Can't say enough about how awesome the water pressure is and the sink is outside the shower/toilet :-)

Customer service was excellent. Front check in staff was friendly and attentive. We couldn't figure out how to turn on the TV, they took the time to come and show us. Pool area was clean and , kids enjoyed relaxing there after volleyball tournament.

Overall stay was pretty good. The breakfast was not very good though. Also construction was being done and we weren’t notified before hand. It caused some pretty bad dust, smells, and noise. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Convenient location.

I had a very peaceful and restful stay at the AmericInn hotel. And will definitely consider staying again. I will recommend this place to others who might visit the area. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. I was also able to get a workout in in their gym.

We have been here a few times before and we have never been disappointed. This time was a Spring Break trip with my 3 grandsons, aged 5, 7 & 9. The place is always clean and inviting with the fire place adding a warm ambience. One evening we came back to freshly popped popcorn! Travis was our host during our stay is he was the best we've had yet. He was very friendly and helpful to my grandsons and they considered him their friend. He went above and beyond by helping us locate my grandson's phone that had gone missing. It was returned to him the next morning. Big Shout Out to Travis! We love everything about the AmericInn and always stay here when we are in The Dells.
