This is our 2nd time staying here. We do a girl's weekend once a year. I would suggest you updating the book you have in there with all the coupons and things to do. Also there is an outside door that does not lock

Staff was very courteous and attentive to our needs. The room was very clean (although dated), the pool area was very clean and warm.

Well I first got there and my booking information said I had to pay $160 but upon arrival it was $200 something
I had to clean hair out of the shower drain because it was not clean.
There was a cockroach (I believe) In our room I took a video of it
Partying going on all night and no one says anything to the guests and they were extremely loud until 5AM
A guest opened our room with a different key and walked into our room at 8am on Sunday morning which was completely unacceptable
Overall I would never stay or recommend this location to anyone

Visited this property in the winter as a New Years Eve getaway for the weekend. The hotel was clean but the walls were very thin. The pool was nice and there was a hot tub and sauna. Overall, this property was a cheaper option than staying at other resorts which is nice if you are on a budget.

Awsome as always when wevsrsy there parking can an issue if you cant walk long distances but otherwise one of the best places to stsy in the dells

The beds are amazing! This is the main reason I came back to this property. The rates are awesome in the off-season and pool and hot tub looked nice.
Bathroom is tiny. There are no security latches or chains inside the room door for extra security. Just one deadbolt.
