"Upon arrival there was nobody at the front desk so I waited. The woman I was somewhat greated by was far from pleasant and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there at all. Nothing was explained and no information leaflet for me to read through in my own time. When given my room key I started walking through the lobby but couldn’t see any signs for my room number. Went back to the desk to ask where to go for my room and was told ‘just follow it round’. Very unhelpful and unwelcoming, not sure this lady should be at the face of the hotel. Plus side, room was beautiful and well kept/clean. I was also lake side so got to watch the sunrise with my morning cuppa. Very refreshing views."

"Just a heads-up: no smoking, or your deposit will be withheld if there's a smoke smell. I recommend paying the deposit in cash, as you'll get it back in cash, which is much quicker. Overall, it was a good experience."

"Basically wasn’t told of wedding and room wasn’t changed daily bedsheets and a lot of noise as was by car park and annex of stairs. Had tough time and had to complain daily until last day when they after many request from agent listened and got change of room. Is a beautiful location but seem to be not much service value for money really. I was recuperating so wanted a peaceful time, this didn’t happen."
