Checked in late from a delayed flight. Reception was pleasant and handled our arrival professionally. Took a bit longer due to slow computer but he was always updating us on progress and was apologetic. Room was great. Full amenities and had four pillows in our king size bed! All fluffy and comfy. Quite room and since we arrived late, we got a check out extension which was really really nice. Location is center and walkable distance to many shops and restaurants. Would definitely use this hotel again.

He said, ”He and the Chinese have worked together for ten years, just like a family.” What moved the words, he is very kind and friendly to the Chinese, and he gives it daily. We have prepared a free breakfast, we have to stay here for ten days, my daughter likes it very much, safe and hygienic. The kitchen in the restaurant can also be used free of charge. You can buy food and cook for yourself. It is a good place to take your children to travel. When I first came to check in, we took out the documents and showed them to the boss. Our favourite hotel to run away to for a weekend in Wellington or a short escape. Nice rooms with good sized shower, toilet . Nothing extra fancy but comfortable and clean. Parking on site is $20 per night. Lovely big brealfast is included in the price with juices, tea or coffee. Fruit and cereals, or bacon, eggs, sausages, mushrooms hash browns and baked beans ... A great location woth a short walk to cuba mall or carrybon further to the water front. Happy to recommend the Willis.
