"In the heart of the downtown city close to the action if you like to go out in the evening. We missed the airco as it was warm on our room. We had nice view on the church next to the hotel"

"The odor in the room is relatively large, there are no windows, the floor is very old, there is no carpet, the room does not know what the house changed, and the water pipes on the roof are bare. In short, the accommodation environment is uncomfortable, and the water pipes are noisy at midnight The house is also very soundproof. The price is relatively low, set at 378. However, there is a public kitchen, which is conveniently located at the intersection of cuba st andmanners st, and there is a stop sign. The hotel entrance is not easy to find, in the sports shop REBEL."

"First of all, the entrance is a staircase, so it is difficult to drag a suitcase.
There was a Korean staff member at the desk, and he was very friendly.
There is an elevator, but it is old, so I only used it to move luggage.
I was on the 1st floor, so I felt like I was on the 2nd floor.
There is a musty smell coming from the hallway.
The desk in the room wasn't cleaned and there was food on it.
The worst part was I never wanted to go to the bathroom again.
There are two restaurants, but the one with a kitchen that we can use is the backpacker's kitchen, located past the desk.
It's a little dirty here too
You have to eat at another restaurant.
The overall review is that the staff is friendly and the service is good, but it is very dirty."

"The hotel has a shuttle bus to and from the airport, and the bus has its own logo. We arrived at the airport exit and asked the staff, who helped us contact the hotel front desk to pick us up and finally drove us to the airport. I thought it was not very good, but in the end, I was very satisfied with the room, which had a small garden and a swimming pool.
You can also warm up in the lobby. The most important thing is that there are buses nearby to the city to visit Cuba Street, etc. But you can't cook."

"I wanted to stay somewhere close to public transport. The main train station is just a stone’s throw away. It is near the end of Lambton Quay- the main drag in Wellington. Also for my friends who live in the outer suburbs of Wellington this hotel is close to the freeway and an easy access to collect me.
The room is really clean and spacious and there is a kitchenette with stove and microwave to heat up/cook food.
The bathroom is huge and has an accessible shower which is quite impressive."

"”I recently stayed atatura Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests. The room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shops nearby. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served at the hotel's restaurant. Overall, I had a great stay at atura Hotel and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a pleasant and hassle-free accommodation.”"

"The location of the hotel is very good, in the city center, next to the Parliament Building, not far from the ferry, the room is spacious and clean, with kitchen facilities similar to an apartment, very suitable for family travel. The breakfast has fewer types than Hilton, but the quality is okay, 35nzd is half price for a child (my family is 3 and a half years old), and the hotel helps with parking for 40nzd, which is still very convenient. After all, the hotels in Wellington are basically not easy to park, after all, the city center is very expensive.
The view from the room is good, there is a green area outside the window, which is the local cemetery (the locals don't mind these, it's very similar to Japan), and I personally don't think it matters, after all, the environment is very good."

"Before booking, I didn't know that Jay Chou had taken photos downstairs of the hotel. I just read the reviews saying that the location, environment and service were good. This hotel has the style of a hotel and all the conveniences of a family hotel, including cooking, washing, drying and ironing. I left in a hurry and brought a mobile phone charger. The service staff lent it to me until I left. I will lock in this hotel when I go to Wellington next time. It's great value"

"The room was clean and tidy and I was very satisfied with it. A small incident: when we booked a room through the Ctrip app by car, it showed free parking. When we checked in at the hotel, the front desk told us that we could only waive the parking fee by booking directly with the hotel. After Ctrip communicated with the hotel, the girl at the front desk confirmed that it was not necessary. After paying the parking fee and waiting to check out, I was reminded by my credit card that the parking fee was charged. I then communicated with Ctrip customer service and refunded the parking fee. I hope there will be no such mistakes in the future. I would like to thank Ctrip customer service staff for their active communication and timely reply. I feel that Ctrip customer service is excellent. It’s getting better👍"

Amazing
VV.C.What a fantastic hotel/apt studio right in the heart of Wellington CBD. For the price and amenities, it really can't be beaten. I'd paid more previously at TRYP, but this Quest location is far better. 👍 Although the room is the same size, it has far more amenities w a kitchenette, eating area, washer/dryer and toiletries. Right outside it's easy to find eateries and you're in walking distance of the cable car, the museum, shopping and sundries.
Can't recommend this place enough if you want bang for your buck, and you don't plan on being in the room long. Great for layovers.
P.s.- they have limited reception hours, so if you're arriving after 7pm or require assistance, this place might not be for you. Very self-service.

GGuest UserI had to come to terms with my lack of technical knowledge. All I wanted to do was watch TV but it was all about Chromecast. I could sort the Chromecast but from there I had no idea how to access any programme. As I was travelling alone watching TV was a priority so this was disappointing.

GGuest UserWe have always enjoyed staying at QT Museum Hotel. We were given the option to upgrade to a Seaview room on the top floor with an additional charge. Seeing it is a more quiet room compared to my booking request on the 1st floor near road traffic and rubbish bin area, I paid the extra for the upgrade per night for 2 nights.
Our room was not serviced well the following day. Rubbish bin in the bathroom being the only one was not emptied. The Bath and Shower gel was not replenished, we had to asked for it to be refilled. the cushions on the bed was still on the floor from the night before, the ironing board was still left out - I did not put it back as the iron was still very hot after ironing my dress for my conference that morning. The gym facilities was very tired with all towels being used and the used towels bin was overflowing.
I was very disappointed with my stay this trip, using shortage of staff since Covid is a very old excuse now. Systems and procedures should be in placed by management to ensure the 5 star ratings is upheld. No point upselling or selling more rooms if they cannot keep customers happy to come back again. This was not only my opinion but that of my colleagues. very disappointing!

GGuest UserRoom was modern comfortable and super quiet. But lack of microwave in room with a child made it difficult for snack reheat and the TV was a pain to use.

MMC PeteRooms at end of corridor on other side to China Street appear to be able to connect with the room opposite the corridor. However there is clearly insufficient sound proofing between them. Because I was a bit annoyed to receive a phone call from the desk around 10.30pm to pass on i presume the guests in that room, complaining of the noise from my room. I was alone and watching TV at a deliberately low volume that I simply cannot believe was annoying the guests next door. I could just hear it from INSIDE my room so it must have been barely audible next door. Despite poor sound proofing.
But worse than that it seems they also accused me of smoking as the desk also passed on this complaint. However, MUST have been from another room or maybe even from the street if they had their window open. Why? I don't smoke so by definition not me!

张张Especially good, the boss is also good, gave a lot of help. The hotel is clean and strategically located. At the door are KFC and McDonald's, as well as large supermarkets. Very convenient.
DDariaHotel is pretty old, needs renovation. I was living in separate room with own bathroom. But still everything old , smell old, mattress is very soft( Strange carpets everywhere, even on evevator walls))) But location is great, just few minutes from Railway station and Intercity buses stop. Center also just in five minutes walking. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I wish the hotel to be renovated.

GGuest UserThe staff were very friendly, welcoming & very efficient. They took the time to go out of their way to make us comfortable.
The lift & room was just a little bit older around the edges, but still very good! The bed was heavenly-soft & lovely, we just wish we'd had time to rest & relax more than one night in Wellington!
GGuest UserArrived early but were able to put our bags into storage till our room was ready.
Room was clean and had everything we needed. Beds comfy.
Great breakfast 😊
Overall very happy with our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.
刘刘Hotel location is very good, in the center of Wellington, the parking lot is on the upper floor, to go up a steep slope, parking fee 15 NZ / day. The interior decoration is a bit antique and has a sense of history. The downside is that I arrived at the hotel on Christmas Eve, and the front desk was closed (should be at 7 pm), saying that I sent an email to me, but I didn't find it in fact. Still the cleaning guy, contacted me, opened the key box, and got the key.
