"The customer service team was very helpful & concerned our safety. We were five ppl and booked 2 rooms. They have us a set rooms, two rooms together and outside had another door, felt very secure. We arrived at 2:00am there was still a staff helping us to check in. Very thoughtful"

"We stayed at Ramada Wellington and appreciated the friendly and helpful staff throughout our visit. The room was comfortable, and housekeeping is done every three days, with towels available on request if needed earlier.
There were a few hiccups—utensils could’ve been cleaner, and the aircon/heat pump wasn’t working when we checked in on a Sunday. It took a couple of days to get fixed, but the team did provide a fan and portable heater in the meantime.
Overall, a decent spot for short stays with a central location and warm hospitality."

"The Chinese boss is very convenient to communicate. The hotel is in a particularly good location. It takes 2 minutes to walk from the back door to the bustling Cuban Street and walk less than 900 meters to the Tipapa Museum."

"We arrived early at the hotel , the staff were very friendly and checked us in early which was great!
It is perfect location for flights as the hotel is actually in the airport, lift straight to check in and departure lounge.
There is a shuttle bus that goes from airport to Wellington station and stops at locations in between for museum etc.
Stayed here a couple of times now and would definitely recommend."

"This was the greatest hotel I have ever stayed in. I'm over 'same same' hotels and marvelled at the grandness of the Wellesley. Of course, you can get 'grand' at lots of places but none have the class, history and location of this place. It was especially enjoyable because I am a Kiwi and value the heritage but I also loved the elegance of the staircase, opulent drapes, the timeless oak panelling, the well-placed wingback chairs, the high ceilings and ornamental plasterwork. On top of this, the hotel is right in the middle of the city, has a (welcome after a cold day) bath and possibly the whitest, fluffiest towels in the history of towels. It was quiet with a marvellously comfortable bed (with chocolates on the pillows no less). The staff were gracious and clearly have high expectations of cleanliness as it was spotless. "

"Staying at the Sojourn Apartments was a wonderful experience right from the start. I was warmly welcomed, given a fabulous room on the mezzanine floor with a very comfortable bed and heavenly shower. I could stream netflix from my phone and my daughter enjoyed nespresso coffee in the morning. It was an easy 25 min walk into town or 10 minute walk up Baobap cafe, highly recommended. Thanks to the staff, you were super friendly always."

GGuest UserI had to come to terms with my lack of technical knowledge. All I wanted to do was watch TV but it was all about Chromecast. I could sort the Chromecast but from there I had no idea how to access any programme. As I was travelling alone watching TV was a priority so this was disappointing.

GGuest UserWe have always enjoyed staying at QT Museum Hotel. We were given the option to upgrade to a Seaview room on the top floor with an additional charge. Seeing it is a more quiet room compared to my booking request on the 1st floor near road traffic and rubbish bin area, I paid the extra for the upgrade per night for 2 nights.
Our room was not serviced well the following day. Rubbish bin in the bathroom being the only one was not emptied. The Bath and Shower gel was not replenished, we had to asked for it to be refilled. the cushions on the bed was still on the floor from the night before, the ironing board was still left out - I did not put it back as the iron was still very hot after ironing my dress for my conference that morning. The gym facilities was very tired with all towels being used and the used towels bin was overflowing.
I was very disappointed with my stay this trip, using shortage of staff since Covid is a very old excuse now. Systems and procedures should be in placed by management to ensure the 5 star ratings is upheld. No point upselling or selling more rooms if they cannot keep customers happy to come back again. This was not only my opinion but that of my colleagues. very disappointing!

MMC PeteRooms at end of corridor on other side to China Street appear to be able to connect with the room opposite the corridor. However there is clearly insufficient sound proofing between them. Because I was a bit annoyed to receive a phone call from the desk around 10.30pm to pass on i presume the guests in that room, complaining of the noise from my room. I was alone and watching TV at a deliberately low volume that I simply cannot believe was annoying the guests next door. I could just hear it from INSIDE my room so it must have been barely audible next door. Despite poor sound proofing.
But worse than that it seems they also accused me of smoking as the desk also passed on this complaint. However, MUST have been from another room or maybe even from the street if they had their window open. Why? I don't smoke so by definition not me!

DDariaHotel is pretty old, needs renovation. I was living in separate room with own bathroom. But still everything old , smell old, mattress is very soft( Strange carpets everywhere, even on evevator walls))) But location is great, just few minutes from Railway station and Intercity buses stop. Center also just in five minutes walking. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I wish the hotel to be renovated.

The lift & room was just a little bit older around the edges, but still very good! The bed was heavenly-soft & lovely, we just wish we'd had time to rest & relax more than one night in Wellington!

GGuest UserFirst of all, the entrance is a staircase, so it is difficult to drag a suitcase.
There was a Korean staff member at the desk, and he was very friendly.
There is an elevator, but it is old, so I only used it to move luggage.
I was on the 1st floor, so I felt like I was on the 2nd floor.
There is a musty smell coming from the hallway.
The desk in the room wasn't cleaned and there was food on it.
The worst part was I never wanted to go to the bathroom again.
There are two restaurants, but the one with a kitchen that we can use is the backpacker's kitchen, located past the desk.
It's a little dirty here too
You have to eat at another restaurant.
The overall review is that the staff is friendly and the service is good, but it is very dirty.

LLIThe odor in the room is relatively large, there are no windows, the floor is very old, there is no carpet, the room does not know what the house changed, and the water pipes on the roof are bare. In short, the accommodation environment is uncomfortable, and the water pipes are noisy at midnight The house is also very soundproof. The price is relatively low, set at 378. However, there is a public kitchen, which is conveniently located at the intersection of cuba st andmanners st, and there is a stop sign. The hotel entrance is not easy to find, in the sports shop REBEL.

刘刘Hotel location is very good, in the center of Wellington, the parking lot is on the upper floor, to go up a steep slope, parking fee 15 NZ / day. The interior decoration is a bit antique and has a sense of history. The downside is that I arrived at the hotel on Christmas Eve, and the front desk was closed (should be at 7 pm), saying that I sent an email to me, but I didn't find it in fact. Still the cleaning guy, contacted me, opened the key box, and got the key.
