"A perfect stay, highly recommended! The hotel's location is superb, just a 3-minute walk to the convention center, and surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. The room was clean and odor-free, with soft bedding, plenty of hot water, and fast internet. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, and even recommended local restaurants. The service was excellent, and the value for money far exceeds what you'd expect at this price point. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

I extended my stay through the app, but the hotel didn't proactively contact me beforehand to see if I needed the room cleaned; they just opened the door and came in. There was no lock chain in the room either—what if I was resting at the time? The breakfast voucher I redeemed using points on the app wasn't given to me proactively; I had to ask for it. The amount deducted using points on the app couldn't be invoiced, and invoicing it incurred tax charges. While charging a tax percentage is normal, the total tax rate is only 1%, and they added a 10% tax rate."
