The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was well maintained, and everything worked well during our stay. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a reliable and enjoyable hotel, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit."

"As a frequent traveller, I have stayed in numerous hotels around the world and have experienced a wide range of service standards. Unfortunately, this property does not meet the level of quality I would expect from a four-star hotel, either in terms of service or accommodation. Upon arrival, I was allocated a room that was not properly maintained, with a hole in the wall and visibly unclean bedding, which was extremely disappointing. In addition, the hotel's website advertises a 24-hour service; however, in practice, services appear to be available only until 11:00 p.m. Guests are also required to notify the hotel in advance of their breakfast time, which was not clearly communicated prior to arrival. Overall, the experience did not reflect the standards or expectations associated with a four-star property."

The facilities are a bit old but do not affect the use. The breakfast is rich, the product is very good, and the dining environment is comfortable. The staff is very nice, but unfortunately I don't know English very well and the communication is not smooth."
