"I stayed at the location for Irish fest. It was my first time coming to Waterloo for the Irish fest event. I usually travel to different states to attend different Irish’s fest and I must admit this is one of the better properties I’ve stayed at. From cleanliness, comfort, onsite restaurant. I am impressed don’t let me forget the arcade & breakfast! All staff was welcoming during my stay. I will definitely be back!"

"This is the worst IGH facility out of the four we stayed in on a recent trip. It is way overdue for remodeling and update; everything about it says old, from a single squeaky wheeled luggage cart to a bathroom door that would not fully close. Breakfast did not even include cooked oatmeal (the only IGH facility on our trip that didn't have it)-the mandarin oranges were flavorless. There was barely room to drive one vehicle in front of the main door for check-in. Walking to the front door was hazardous for disabled guests due to the uneven and sloped approach. Staff was friendly and accomodating, but the facility was disappointing at best. It's hard for me to see how it meets the requirements to be a Holiday Inn Express facility! "
