The commercial facilities around the hotel are not well-developed. 5. The hotel's breakfast buffet display is not ideal (yogurt and fruit are placed together, not with oats and nuts). 6. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the train station, which is very nice."

"My husband and I came to Wanning for our anniversary, and honestly, this trip was made so special thanks to our butler, Luna. She was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. I wanted to surprise my husband a little, so I contacted Luna beforehand to help me with a 10th-anniversary room setup. To my surprise, she even prepared a small cake for us! I was initially worried it wouldn't be possible, so it was a delightful surprise. Luna was just so heartwarming, and she quickly helped us with any questions we had afterward, from recommending restaurants to booking shuttle buses to Shenzhou Station. She truly deserves 100 stars! It's an older hotel, and while some of the facilities are a bit dated, the room was clean and tidy, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable, giving me two nights of great sleep. The hotel has a fantastic resort vibe; the lawn, pool, beach, and little train all make for great photos. The breakfast was abundant; I ate until I was stuffed. The only slight negative was that the hotel's park guide wasn't clear, so we weren't sure what facilities or activities were available. I suggest providing guests with a paper or digital park map upon check-in, clearly marking facilities and activity times."

"This hotel boasts the only wave pool nationwide, making it easy for beginners to enjoy surfing. The rooms are designed with a ocean wave theme, spotlessly clean, and offer fantastic views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The staff throughout the resort are incredibly welcoming, always greeting you with a smile. Check-in was efficient, and our butler, Kelly, was very responsive. The breakfast spread is rich and varied, featuring delicious Hainanese specialties. The resort's pool area is perfect for photos, and it's just a short walk to Riyue Bay beach. It's a one-stop shop for a surfing vacation – I'll definitely be staying here again next time!"

"After a lot of online comparisons, I looked at many hotels and finally chose the Grand Hyatt Shenzhou Peninsula. We stayed for three nights, and both the adults and children were incredibly happy and loved it. The entire hotel has a strong Southeast Asian style, with all villa buildings (there's a shuttle service within the hotel for convenient transport). As soon as you enter, the vacation vibe hits you. The entrance pathway especially reminded me of the W Hotel in Bali – it's hard not to like it. The hotel's breakfast is incredibly rich, offering both Chinese and Western options, and served until 10:45 AM, which is very friendly for those who struggle to wake up early. All the hotel staff are exceptionally polite and have excellent service attitudes. Additionally, the hotel has indoor and outdoor swimming pools, though the kids preferred swimming outdoors. In the evenings, there's live music, and swimming while listening to songs is truly wonderful. The beach is right across the road from the hotel, and I personally think it's better than the Westin's beach. About 100 meters to the right of the hotel entrance is Alamauna Town, which is very convenient for dining, though the prices are comparable to Shanghai – not cheap, but still a joy to try local delicacies. It's also very convenient to get to Xinglong Town and Dong'ao Town from the hotel. Choosing the Grand Hyatt definitely won't disappoint."

"The room was very spacious, and as it's a new hotel, there were no strange odors. My only minor gripe was that the air conditioning didn't have a silent mode. However, my overall stay was excellent. Our butler, Alice, was incredibly responsive and attended to all our requests promptly. The hotel's location right next to the highway entrance made transportation very convenient, and despite being by the highway, there was no noise. I highly recommend trying their surfing service – coaches 11 and 16 were very dedicated and responsible. Even as a complete beginner who had never surfed before, I was able to stand up on the paddleboard quickly, thanks to their excellent coaching. I'll definitely be back to stay here again.
