"My family booked the cottage on a very hot 40degree day, the aircon didn't do anything to cool the room down. It was hotter inside than it was outside. So we got ready to go for a swim. Not long after we had checked in we received an emergency call & had to leave. I requested a refund but they wouldn't as no-one else ended up staying in the room. Very upset with their inconsiderate response won't be returning"

We had a few suitcases so to move upstaires was tricky. If we had a chance again, we would have booked a cabin or something ground floor. Overall, a good place if you travel light."
