The only downside is there's no kitchen to cook your own food, but everything else is pretty clean and the bed is very comfortable."

Especially the bathroom is spacious and bright and clean. It has a small fridge which is handy. It would be better if there is an Ely kettle. The bed is comfortable. "It is conveniently located in the center of Trieste, about a 10-minute walk from the train station and bus terminal, and about 5 minutes from the square in the center of the city. The area is quiet on Sundays, but lively on weekdays, and there are many restaurants and grocery stores. The room is in an old building, so the ceiling is high and it is quite spacious. I stayed in a room with a shared shower and toilet, but it was nice that there was a sink in my room. The staff mainly speak Italian, but are very friendly."
