"The hotel is right on a busy road; in the pictures, which are the best thing about this hotel, you can't see the road at all. The first room they gave me was absolutely filthy, and the door to the terrace wouldn't open, and then wouldn't close again. One evening, I had a 5cm cockroach in my room (on the 5th floor). Then, after I'd left the room, one came up and stepped on it, took it with it, and that was it! The next day, when I took a shower, the whole room was flooded because the water hadn't drained. Unfortunately, I didn't feel welcome at all, and the staff are extremely arrogant."

"The location is convenient, the service and staff are very pleasant. But the room is a bit of a challenge. It's hot in the room, and the air conditioner is right overhead. You turn it on and it's cold, but you turn it off and an hour later it's hot again. It wakes you up at night. And the walls feel like cardboard; you can hear the TV from the next room."

"The B&B is well located close to the old town and the train station, and the bus stop to go to the Erica cable car. The room was large and comfortable, and had a kitchen area. Our check was handled by Giancarlo who was very friendly and gave advise on the area and Erica. Visitors should be aware that there are no real common areas, and also no breakfast facilities but the B&B recommend a cafe 1 minutes walk away and this was very good and well priced."

"We booked a 2 bedroom suite with balconies and city views in June as we were travelling with another couple. Unfortunately the images on the internet were quite misleading and did not clearly show that the configuration of the apartment meant that to get to the bathroom you had to go through the one of the bedrooms. Hence there was a real privacy issue. We bought this problem to the attention of the owners who agreed to split us into two single standard double rooms (with no view and ceiling level windows that could not be reached). The young female owner was lovely and apologetic and worked with us to provide a solution however unfortunately Francesco, the other owner, was not as accommodating. He erroneously continued to state that he was 'paying for us' and it was 'costing him money'. A claim that was incorrect given we had paid the full amount of AUD$1602.28 for 3 nights in the suite that had then became available to re-let. Again the young woman was very helpful and kind and the rooms have been well appointed I just think travellers need to be aware of the suite configuration. I suggested a floorplan would be good on the listing to avoid such future disappointment."

"It is amazing place with great host. I would like to come back again. There is everything what you need to spend nice time - nice apartaments, swimming pool, jacuzzi, ground to play tennis, basketball, football, fitness and table tennis, kinder garden. Everything very, very clean, beautifull garden, very friendly and helpfull staff. Breakfast as well - all you need. We got there more than expected!"
