"I stayed at this marvelous hotel from 18.July- 22.July. I travel a lot but this hotel really impressed me in so warm way:) There is bus going from Trapani airport and stops 300m from hotel. Hotel is located in central part of Trapani city and very close to beach and beautiful parks with lot of flowers and palms. Old town is just 10 minutes away by foot. Beach is just few minutes away. Main walking street with lot of shops and Gelato cafes is just 2 blocks away. When I arrived to hotel, I was so impressed by beauty around, I was happy already before enter reception. When I check inn, I noticed how friendly and helpful is stuff. I adore this personal approach, felt special from first minute. All days and everyone who is working here is very helpful, smiley, polite. Stuff is just gem of that place, each of them is real treasure and made my stay so special. I have double room in 2 floor. Room was very clean, lot of space, with nice art pieces on walls. Bed was very comfortable, I had good sleep here. Breakfast is super timing for those who love sleep more in vacation- from 7:00 - 11:00. There are lot of choice for those who love salty and sweet. You can try traditional Italian cakes. And all types of coffee drinks are available:) All stuff here is so polite and helpful- I enjoy every breakfast:) If You want to visit places around Trapani, reception will help You with information. I adore everything about this super hotel. Thank You for being so special, hotel Vittoria. "The idea of ​​a modern, all-glass renovation to enhance the original structure is a nice one, but in reality, I don't think it's very functional...otherwise, everything else is fine."

"The staff (especially Martina) were extremely helpful in assisting us after a car breakdown and service thereafter, including at dinner, was knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant. Our room was large, clean and well-equipped, with a great bathroom. At dinner my wife enjoyed pasta with rabbit and I had a fish soup with couscous - a local speciality. As a winery, it offers a wide range of its own products - we had an excellent white wine (Quater Vitis) made from four Sicilian grape types. Its olive oil was distinctive and delicious. As we arrived late we had no opportunity to explore its outdoor amenities. Guests have to walk up a couple of hundred metres from the carpark, and there is no lift (the staff were very helpful with our heavy luggage). Overall, you might be reminded of a high-end US countryside resort - high modern standards are maintained in a traditional Italian setting."

"Pros: Beautiful hotel on a quiet street. The room was very spacious. Staff was helpful. The location was amazing, close to restaurants, the port (for boat rides) and a quick drive to San Giovanni beach club. Public beaches, walking distance. Cons: The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and so were the pillows. The wifi also didn’t work in parts of the room. Tips: Bring bug stray as a couple of mosquitoes were able to slip into the room on our way back to dinner given the outside of the room is the outdoors. Also, make sure you are organized with your timing as the hotel reception (for check in) is closed between 12-4 in the afternoon. You need to also call for your car (or call that you are coming to drop off you car) 30 minutes before."

"My husband and I were shocked because we had booked a room with a sea view terrace thinking it was among the most beautiful instead we realized that the others that you see in the gallery are better. The terrace is ok even for breakfast but the absurd thing is that this room does not have a bidet but only a sprayer which for us Italians is unacceptable especially in Italy because abroad it is known that it is like that. It is not specified during the booking. Furthermore, being in the attic the last section does not have a lift. In short it was not as we expected. The girls at the reception were nice and helpful, the location was excellent but if you have to choose this structure I do not recommend this type of room."
