"Very nice place of nature But with many shortcomings as to be a boutique hotel, the staff is friendly but without training at the height of a boutique hotel, the internet is bad only there was in one of the rooms we had , in the spa The sauna was not working very low temperature,the two trees the water did not look crystalline ,but what is very bad is that the rooms only divide them a wooden wall , it is heard absolutely everything , We couldn't sleep well and food give you a 6 of 10, The road is made heavy last 20 minutes is very bad the terrace, If you improve these points would raise a lot the rating,"

"Extremely dissatisfied. The bed and cabinets are old and worn. The bed creaks even when you turn over. There are also many ants on the bed and walls. What's even more infuriating is that breakfast was promised to be free before booking, but after we finished eating, we were forced to pay 90 pesos. Negotiations with Ctrip and the hotel have yielded no results. They keep making excuses, saying they'll contact the hotel and there's a language barrier. I'm very angry, and after dealing with this, I've decided to uninstall the Ctrip app."
