The hotel is outdated and offers no services whatsoever. If you ask for anything, don’t expect to get it. The food quality is abysmal exactly what you’d expect from the lowest-rated establishment, not a supposed 5-star hotel. The entire time, I kept thinking it had to be some kind of prank, and any moment now, the "real" 5-star hotel would be revealed. Unfortunately, that never happened."
