Service was impeccable. Facilities is very new. However, few things are a bit weird. Taps open to different directions, room is a bit weird fashion and room aircon doesn’t seem have humidity control/fresh air intake, so me and my family good sick with the air been so dry. Also,waking up middle of that night to drink water, etc… it’s a shame, because if wasn’t for that my experience would be impeccable.

1. The room size and facilities are the best (gym 24 hours a day, swimming pool operating hours are good). I used the washing machine and dryer well. 2. If you don’t have a towel, just go to the gym or swimming pool and bring one. Even if you call the front desk and talk to them, they won't give you anything. 3. They didn't clean it during my stay, so I had to go down to the front desk every day and ask for housekeeping service. One day, they didn't clean the room even though I requested it. The room is clean, but towels are not refilled. In that case, go back to the pool or gym. And since they didn't change the bed sheets and blankets, I went to the amenity locker in the hallway on the 13th floor and brought the bed sheets and blankets and changed them myself. 4. Don’t think of it as a hotel, think of it as Airbnb. Hahahaha👍🏻

Hotel staff service enthusiastic smile can be added, early check in can also be given to stay, only early check in room only the lower floor can be provided immediately, I requested to a higher floor, later also according to the queue. The facilities are not much, but a little of a pool and with the beach view outside, very beautiful! As for the breakfast very delicious, exquisite and healthy, everything to have for breakfast is there, and replenished from time to time. The room is very large and has a balcony, only the washroom has some traces of history, a little older.

The hotel is very close to the Central Subway and Train Station, and it is convenient to get in and out. It's only a 5-minute walk. There is a big supermarket nearby and a 7-Eleven downstairs. The environment is comfortable, clean and hygienic, safe and comfortable. The cleaning sister comes in to clean every day, but pay attention to the hotel's plugs (p5). Remember to bring an adapter. Come again next time when you have money. I'm so lucky. Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha Support 👏👏

We had a wonderful relaxing weekend away at the Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury to celebrate our anniversary. Beautifully renovated historical hotel surrounded by manicured gardens, with the best buffet breakfast in their lovely Gazebo Restaurant. We stayed in the spacious junior suite with a small balcony which had beautiful views of the gardens and the mountains in the distance. Our room also had all the modern tech with the latest gadgets to fully enjoy our stay. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with a shout out particularly to Paris who gave us excellent local recommendations and was more than happy to answer all our questions. An added bonus was a lovely dessert tray and card for our anniversary that the hotel surprised us with when we came back to our room one evening! Highly recommended.

The hotel is 5 minutes away from the double bay, and it is most convenient to take an hourly boat from the circular pier. The rooms are tidy and the staff service is very good. The swimming pool on the top floor of the hotel is very nice and suitable for children to play in the water. Parents can relax with a drink in the cafe next to it. The hotel’s self-service western breakfast is very good. There are not many types of hot food, but the taste is very good. There are many choices of bread, milk, and fruits. The overall cp value is very high and I am very satisfied.
