Tourist Attractions in Sydney

The Sydney Icons – The Sydney Opera House is the most iconic symbol of Sydney. This distinct building near the Sydney Harbor is a masterpiece modern-day architecture and has been a venue for more than 1500 performances.

Bronte Beach is yet another small but very popular beach that is 2 km south of Bondi Beach. It is a good place for swimming and has rocky cliffs around. At the end of the beach, you can find a 30 m. ocean pool that is best known in Sydney. You can relax in one of the popular cafes that are opposite the beach. The other popular beach attractions are Coogee Beach, Dee Why Beach, Balmoral Beach, and Shelly Beach that is a good place for snorkeling and barbeques.

The beautiful Parks & Outdoors – If you love the green, head out to the Royal Botanical Garden. This is a heritage 30-hectare garden located at Farm Cove. With beautiful landscaping and public recreating areas, this is one of the oldest in Australia. If you are with family, the Taronga Zoo also makes a good choice for having a day of fun. It is home to over 4000 animals of 350 different specifies. Enjoy the day relaxing at the Zoo Café for a fill-up.
