There is a parking lot, although the room is not big, but there is a bathroom shower room, very quiet, not far from the train station, the boss is very good, personal feeling is very satisfied, thank you!

Where do I start? In the room, the convenient power point didn't work; the USB port didn't work; the window seal was not in place (so the building noise from next door was worse); there were marks/stains on the walls; the aircon was hard to control (but I eventually managed to tame the beast); TV was ancient (only free to air, but not all channels programmed and no program guide); telephone was missing a cover; shower varied from hot to cold; bath did not drain properly (standing in water); and there were oil stains on the towel. But that wasn't all, when we wanted to leave, the garage door would not open, so as advised, we rang the intercom. And again, And again, Eventually my wife went back up to reception, but there was no one there. Many guests trying to check-in were there, and had been for over 1/2 an hour - but no one on reception! Can you believe that! Eventually someone turned up (after another 10 minutes) and we were let out. We were then charged twice for the parking (which was corrected in a timely manner). The bed was good. But not much else.
Silkari Suites at Chatswood

The room is clean and tidy, but the balcony is too small and there is no view. The washing machine is not easy to use, and the clothes can't be dried. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and there is also Chinese service. There is free coffee in the lobby before 9:30 every morning. Special offer like. It is convenient to travel, and there are various Chinese restaurants, various large stores and supermarkets around. It is also close to the bus station and subway station. Very convenient.
Quest Chatswood

I am a regular inter state traveler for work and whenever I visit Sydney I prefer to stay in Quest Chatswood for their excellent service. The location is spot on, lots of cafes, restaurants and malls around. The rooms are clean, fresh and equipped well. The staff at the reception are very friendly and prompt. Sam, I guess who is the supervisor always helps me and my colleagues with the bookings and any other requests very well. It's hard to see such service now a days in hospitality industry and I can assure that I will be very loyal to Quest Chatswood for their wonderful service. I just wish that the gym was better equipped. A rowing machine and few more heavy weights will be great
The Sebel Sydney Chatswood

The only downside to this property is its age, the building is a bit old, the elevator was shaking quite hard once during my stay which I’ve reported to the staff. The upside: Location: excellent! Only a minute to Chatswood train station. It’s also across from Westfield shopping centre. Restaurants and cafes are only steps away. Although the building is old, inside the unit is well maintained. The staffs are extremely helpful and they are always on standby even late on the evening.
Mantra Chatswood

It's become routine for hotels to take a card imprint for incidentals/mini bar and the same is true at the Mantra - but it's n this hotel's case they take a $50 pending transaction. No if's. No buts. Even if your accommodation is booked and paid for. It's for ”incidentals” apparently. The foyer is neat and tidy but when you get to the accommodation floors you're hit with that apartment living smell of too much cooking in small rooms with little ventilation. Rooms are comfortable and you can open the doors / windows if you want the constant hum of trains. Once settled you might feel like a wine or beer or softie ... one of those incidentals for which you've laid down a $50. Thing is the fridge and mini bar is bare! Turns out the incidentals are not incidentals- it's a bond. In case you damage the room. Turns out the Mantra is host to guests who damage their rooms and deposit is non negotiable. Actually if you didn't have a credit card with you you'd be refused your prepaid room. Welcome weary traveller. No dine in menu, no breakfast bar. This is basic level Accor. Don't waste your free night here!
