So I was impressed with a few things. Firstly, the outside is older looking and could do with a redo. The ammenities were actually pretty good. The hair dryer was a brand new looking Dyson thing. Pity I don't use hair dryers.
It was fairly quiet from the road noise but there was someone upstairs making noise at 7am on a Sunday morning. Not cool. No sleep in and so it ruined it a bit for me.
Otherwise the place is ok for the price and I'd stay there again. Just not with the noisy cleaner or whatever it was. Squirrels, possums, elephants. We'll never know.

It's about fifteen minutes' walk nearby. The transportation to the food market and supermarket is pretty good, and there are bus stops and subway stations nearby. The cleaning lady is friendly. General service at the front desk is OK. If you need to do computer work, you can lift it up and place the computer wherever you want.

Everything is perfect except for the location!
However, the location is a huge deduction factor. At the bus stop right in front, take number 144 to Chatswood and all roads will open.

Due to some troubles in the itinerary, I need to stay for a few more days. I feel that the hotel is not bad, so I didn't change the hotel. I went directly to the lobby to continue my stay. The attitude of the waiter was also good, and the procedures for continuing the stay were completed quickly, which made me feel at ease.

The hotel was clean and well appointed, however it did not provide information covering available guest services, and nothing to provide guests with information covering nearby restaurants, points of interest,Taxi services etc.

Had a lovely stay. My room was quite modern and the bed was super comfortable. Wouldn't hesitate to ray here again!

Great accommodation, staff were lovley. Only thing was the shower was leaking, let them know and getting it sorted. No handwash only handcream, staff came up straight away and sorted it out. Nothing was a problem for the staff. Would have been great to have a folder with reception number, menu available at restaurant down stairs etc. Also a shade sail over shallow end of the pool would have been great. Was only one over deep end, with a little one no shade. Otherwise pool was clean lovely and great seating area outside of the pool.
