"1. Check-in to the room was very delayed on 3h45m, I’ve entered the room at 19h45m. At this day the price was the most expensive due to dynamic pricemaking. So I’ve paid the most but have got the least. 2. I was overcharged for breakfast for 3 days:I had to pay for the dishes that were over-salted: avocado toast and omelette. Its incredible because during check out in nobody from staff has heard me 3. Ive checked out at 11th of August. Today is 15th but Four Seasons has charged twice additional fee after check out. The last one was today when Im in Fisher Island Club 4. Im disappointed because of all these things, Ive never thought that FS team could be the worst instead being the best. You have to pay attention to this hotel and their policy - they are killing your loyal customers and reputation."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our room and thought the staff and location were great. We didn’t care for the extra fees or the fact that we wanted the bar to open later than 9 PM. The shower was also very slow to drain. Otherwise, great stay. Would recommend this stay for people going to North Miami."

"a true boutique. Quiet/private. We stayed at a small 2bdrm/2 bath (king and queen beds) suite with living room & kitchen for a fraction of the cost of the major chain hotels across the street for ONE standard room. Note: no breakfast available but unending amazing variety of restaurants' options on the next block and the beach less than a block proximity more than compensate costly options. The staff is superbly professional and personable."
