"My wife and i returned back to this beautiful lodge as we had such an amazing experience last time. I didn't think it was possible to have a better experience, but we did. The staff are just amazing, a big thank you to: Jody, Sue, Lars, Rand, Coulder, Josh, Carrey, Juan, Liz, Angie, Nick, West, Kellan, Tara (sorry if we forgot anyone, you we're all amazing) Tarocat - Amazing experience and such a fun night Clay target shooting - So nervous, but Nick made the experience effortless and comfortable Wim Hoff - Amazing experience Yuta - What a restaurant - great food and service - thanks Chef Guillermo, I've never had salad with my breakfast, what a wonderful experience. I genuinely can't say enough good things about everyone, and we cannot wait to return. Thank you all again for a wonderful stay. Simon & Alicia"

The St. Regis Deer Valley
"Absolutely terrible experience. Do not recommend ever staying at this hotel. It is at the lower part of deer valley mountain which has zero snow. We paid for ski-in/ski-out but the hotel isn't able to offer that, yet management and staff are unwilling to offer any sort of understanding or refund as a result. We are held hostage by the third party owner and Marriott has been of no help. Last year was light snow this time of year of Christmas. This year is horrible. We have decided to change our holiday traditions because of the unfortunate experience here at the St. Regis. We will not be back for our annual late December trip ever again. Best wishes and for those considering this hotel, beware. It is showing it's age to boot."
