The lady surnamed Li at the front desk not only checked in quickly and smoothly, but also patiently answered all my questions, which made me feel warm! When checking out, the ticketing speed was amazingly fast, which saved me a lot of time. There is a parking lot downstairs of the hotel. You only need to enter the license plate at the front desk to enter and exit freely, without worrying about the trouble of parking! Everything is the best arrangement"

All the staff here are really helpful and always provide extra miles service that even 5 star hotel is not able to compete! This really amazed me! The hotel location is located at the area that really happening there it may caused some noise in morning due to traffics but this is not going to stop me to stay here in future if I return here. Big claps to the team at reception, housekeeping, the lady who assisted me to bring my laundry to 3rd floor and the staff at the restaurant! Everyone here deserved a best rating! Thank you everyone there who took care of me and my family!"
