"Drive all the way to Yunnan, spend the night in Suining, and stay at this hotel. Environment: Located on the east bank of the Lijiang River, facing Shenglian Island. Quiet in the middle of noisy, it is very comfortable to walk on the riverside at night. 15 minutes walk from the city center, eating is very convenient. The hotel's rooms on the riverside have a great view. Facilities: Good sound insulation and complete room facilities. The mattress is supported and the pillows are comfortable. The bathroom is large, the bathtub + shower room, double sink. The wifi speed is good. The corridor light at the entrance is broken and not bright. The hotel gym and heated swimming pool are only open to guests, very quiet, this point is like! Hygienic: The rooms are very clean, the public area and the gym are not bad. Service: The front desk has a good attitude and a timely response. The breakfast is very rich and is of a medium and upper level in similar hotels. Good value for money."

"The hardware facilities are really good, the room is large, but the service is almost meaningless. First, the parking sign in the basement hotel lobby is not very obvious. Second, there is a wedding banquet in the lobby when checking in. Although it is more than 8 pm, it is really super noisy. Third, I opened two rooms. One of the cabinets still had bags for the last or several guests. After the room service came to check, I said sorry and it was over. The last helpless thing was that the next room of the other room arranged a wedding room. It was noisy until it was faster at night. The next day, it started to be noisy at 5 am. Since there is a wedding, why does the hotel not arrange other guests on other floors? The service is really speechless. In short, the whole stay experience is very noisy."

"I don’t usually write comment to the hotel I stayed but this time I really want to share this to all the travellers who come to SuiNing in Sichuan Province, I strongly recommend all the travellers must stay at Ji Hotel. All the staff here are really helpful and always provide extra miles service that even 5 star hotel is not able to compete! This really amazed me! The hotel location is located at the area that really happening there it may caused some noise in morning due to traffics but this is not going to stop me to stay here in future if I return here. Big claps to the team at reception, housekeeping, the lady who assisted me to bring my laundry to 3rd floor and the staff at the restaurant! Everyone here deserved a best rating! Thank you everyone there who took care of me and my family!"

"I've been to Suining many times for business, and I always choose this Chenxiangtang Hotel again. The staff here are excellent in both service and cleanliness. Once you're familiar with a place, you really don't want to change it. The receptionist, Ms. Xiao Ai, was very helpful, warm, and attentive. Any problems were communicated promptly and resolved quickly. I was very satisfied. The room was clean and tidy, with a separate shower and toilet area, and complimentary drinks were provided. The hotel facilities were also very complete. There's a large wetland park behind the hotel, a tranquil environment, and a playground nearby. A sports stadium is right in front of the hotel, and there's free parking and security patrols, which made me feel very safe! I had a very pleasant stay and will definitely come again!"

"The location is more than 500 meters from the train station and can be reached on foot. There is a convenience store on the side, and there is a 24-hour Meiyijia and a pharmacy opposite. Go out and turn right and there are restaurants and markets. Good location. We should have continued five times, from March 27 to April 8, stayed for 12 nights. The room was not changed during the period. The price is also reasonable. The room facilities are perfect, there are some. Laundry room, dryer, gym are available. There is also porridge from 9 to 11 pm. The room is clean and hygienic, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the exhaust is silent, which is particularly good! The front desk is warm and friendly, and there are questions and answers. The cleaning sister is also very good and works carefully. Because I came with work, I often work late at night, so I basically have to sleep in the morning. There is a sign on the door handle, one side is ”quiet” and the other is ”net.” I hung up ”quiet”, cleaning sister never disturbed us in the morning, until around 3 pm the front desk will call to ask if you need to clean up the room. The uncle in charge of the laundry room was cold and kind. One time I put the washed clothes in the dryer. The uncle came over and stood on my side without saying a word. I was a little scared in the middle of the night (although I was a 270 pounds big man), hesitant to twist the switch, and then carefully twisted a little to the right, As a result, the uncle directly twisted me for a while, telling me that you twisted that time is too short to dry. Once the clothes were not taken after drying, and when I arrived at the laundry room, the clothes were already dried, and the pockets were turned out. The laundry room has a note paper, if it is too late to wash, leave a note, and hang at the door the next day. On my birthday, the hotel also sent cakes and fruits, very satisfied with a stay experience!"

"Advantages: Beautiful scenery, next to the park. The suite is large and convenient, and the balcony is cozy. Disadvantages: The faucet for washing hands is too high, and the aerator is not easy to use. When washing your face, water is everywhere, and the water flooding needs to be improved. During the May Day holiday, there was a wedding on the lawn downstairs every day, and it was really noisy to dismantle things all night. The bath water was never hot, the hair dryer was too poor, and the power was too low and it would be turned off after a while. By the way, the toothbrush was really too difficult to use and could be replaced. Overall, it was good."

And the rooms Wow. The smart room facilities are a game changer. Everything is voice-controlled or automated curtains, lights, temperature, even the “do not disturb” sign. The bed adjusts for reading or sleeping, and the bathroom sensor lighting is a lifesaver during midnight trips. I loved being able to set a “morning mode” that gently opened the curtains and started my coffee maker. Felt like living in the future, but still cozy and quiet. Clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious. Free high-speed WiFi, smart TV with streaming apps, and USB ports everywhere. The energy-saving automation is brilliant too.
