The hotel staff always respond quickly to our needs, whether it's room cleaning or other services. The room is fully equipped, and the bed is especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. This stay was truly excellent! From check-in to check-out, we were extremely satisfied with the hotel's service."

"Checked in on the evening of July 1st and was absolutely furious! The takeout I ordered that evening had been downstairs for 20 minutes, and the robot hadn't delivered it. I reminded them twice, and the receptionist that night said they were busy and couldn't leave, so I went downstairs to get it myself. I thought they were busy, but wow, there was only the receptionist downstairs, and no other customers. What were they busy with? Even if they were busy, they couldn't spare a minute to put the takeout in the robot?! After waiting for 20 minutes and reminding them twice, they still had to go downstairs to get it! The receptionist that day was really terrible! I was so angry and speechless! But everything was fine from check-out to the front desk during the day! And I even had allergies that night! I've never had allergies before! Was there something wrong with the sheets? All in all, a very bad stay!!!"
