"Decent for the price, big rooms and bed, cr floor has a bit of water and seemed to be leaking somewhere when we checked in, rooms looked old and dated but is clean. tv wifi/ not working we had to connect it to our phones so we can have some sort of show when we are resting. I love pools that have heaters but they're not consistently switched on, same as the wave pool, I hope they have schedules on when it is on so we know when to swim. Beach is not swimmable. Need car to access the place and there are no other restaurants nearby the hotel. But service is good, staff are all friendly and helpful. Would comeback again for the heated pools, but I do hope it's on like 6-9am and 4-9pm something like that. Cant remember if there are other available facilities... Also the pool tiles need to be maintained on the pool near the main bldg as some pieces fell off."

"All was great in this hotel except for the delay in check-in. But we do appreciate that they offered a late check-out in lieu of the delay. Saturday night stay 3/4 Room in GF request was provided Fire dance was entertaining Naya Bar's food and live band was big ✅️ Amenities Room - no bar soap and slippers; rest is OK Faciities - kayak, life vest, inflatable, and many more Wave pool - 15mins only in the morning; rest is afternoon Breakfast - Asian buffet choices only Check out - Smoother than check in Special thanks to receptionist KC for allowing us to print our concert ticket. 💯✌️"

"This a warning for anyone intending to use their venue/ hotel for an event. I booked this place for my wedding. I even reserved multiple rooms for my guests. I placed a down payment to secure the event. Upon paying the down payment, it was communicated that the venue is ours. ONE MONTH before the wedding the staff notified us that the OWNER of the hotel is hosting a political event on the day of my wedding in the same area of the reception and ceremony. They gave us the option to either move the wedding to the atrocious rec room upstairs with no A/C. The room also did not have a view of the sea, mountains and will not be able to see the sunset. The other option was to move the wedding date or find another place. Take note, we already had the wedding plan in place and the whole layout and decoration planned. They have caused such a huge inconvenience for us. One month before the wedding we had to start from scratch again and find a new venue to hold my wedding. The owner did not even have the guts to communicate with us and had their middle man handle this. Just because he is the owner, he can do whatever he wants. We settled on a refund but did not even offer any compensations for our inconvenience. This is very poor customer service and not a good way to run a business. If you do choose this place, please be warned on how they run their business. I would not recommend this place even to my worst enemy."
