Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill

Pretty nice hotel actually. The only challenging stuff would be the parking here. Extremely tight and limited on P1 and P2. These two floors have direct access to lift tats why it's mostly packed all the time. Breakfast was quite decent. However it started a bit late at 7am. Would be perfect if only it could be slightly earlier. Room is clean and bed is comfy. Will surely come again

The staff as always were pleasant and courteous. The meals were yummy. This time we both had lamb shanks. Disappointed that the bed base made cracking noises and the lounge chair had a tear.

Located across from the Roma St Parklands and a 10 - 15 minute walk into the city. We were impressed with the special deal on offer by Trip.com which had many inclusions. Check in was smooth and our room ready for early access! Our room was compact and clean - lacking balcony furniture though. Good view to the parklands. We had car parking, meal vouchers, welcome drinks, and buffet breakfast included so we're able to sample the meals. Breakfast offered a good range of choices and we could request dietary needs. There were a couple of functions happening the night of our stay and we unfortunately had some rather loud, boisterous and intoxicated guests staying next door to us which woke us a couple of times. Overall an enjoyable experience and we'd definitely consider staying again if Bonus extras were on offer.

Very good hotel, walking distance to restaurants and Woolworths supermarket and Queen street shopping mall. Can easy walk to central station as well as bus terminal. Highly recommended

I originally booked this hotel because of an unexpected trip, but I didn't expect the hotel environment to be so beautiful. The overall style is European retro, and the elevator is designed with the appearance of an old-fashioned elevator. The location of the hotel is also good, close to the train station and the pedestrian street, and the TV in the room is equipped with Apple TV😆

The room was big enough and was very clean. Breakfast was ok but as a frequent traveller who have eaten many hotel breakfast, nothing great. The hotel was lacking in service I feel. There was no doorman who could help us with our luggage as we had to bring them up a few steps to reach the lobby. There was no friendly greetings as I have come to expect it in Australia. Strange thing was they do not even provide bottled water in the room. Overall not a very pleasant stay. Only good thing was the room and the very comfortable bed.
