Very good location 10 minute walk to city hall and the main town centre. Apartment was well equipped and had a spacious balcony with lovely views. There’s also a pool, spa and sauna facility which was nice to use.

The location of the hotel is very easy to find, only ten minutes' walk to Queen Street. The room has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which are easy to use. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils for cooking.

Dining room chairs in very poor condition i.e. leather flaking off. Internal painting poor, looks like it has never been finished probably particularly in the living room.

We stayed this property few times, over all this property is little outdated but still very spacious and has balcony and free on-site parking so it is well valued. Although just this time, we had few issue in our room. All the sudden electricity went down and had to wait 2hours till Electritian came and fixed.
Bathroom door knob was falling, second room door know was broken. And the sofa material was torn etc. I think they need to go through every room and fix everything first before advertising on the market.

The only thing I don't like and it is becoming a trend is very limited reception hours. I've stayed at a few places now and frankly I don't like it. Otherwise the stay was goo, room was great so the accomodation part if fine.
