"We stayed for 3 nights at Hotel Crystal in Sovata and we really enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to answer questions. The hotel looks new and everything was very clean, from the room to the spa and restaurant. The spa was a nice place to relax after a day out, and the room was comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were buffet style and the food was very good. Everything was fresh, warm and tasty, and they always refilled the trays quickly when something was finished. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back."

From mud wraps extracted from Bear Lake, to saltwater pools, hydromassage, 3 types of saunas, jacuzzi, massage, physiotherapy, inhalations, beauty services and above all a kind and prepared staff."

"Good breakfast and dinner. Love the SPA: the temperature in the water is just right. 2 saunas available (one with the temperature between 80-100 and the other between 40-60 degrees). Good coffee served at the bar. The rooms are well heated. Cable tv available with a large variety of programs in different languages (romanian, hungarian, english, german, italian)"
