"Just returned from our first Christmas abroad ever and what a lovely experience it was. The staff all worked hard to make our stay restful and memorable. The Christmas Eve events were great, although geared towards the French guests who celebrate Christmas on the evening, which meant for us Brits Christmas Day was a bit of a non event, but we weren’t that bothered. Staff in the coffee shop, beach bar and restaurant definitely worth a mention, all hardworking and friendly. Entertainment staff superb and welcoming, learnt a new card trick from Amigo! The barman in the lobby bar not up to the same standard though. The whole site was really clean and well looked after. We would definitely return here, just not at Christmas, want it a bit warmer!"

"I had a wonderful stay at Orient Palace Hotel and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was incredibly warm and professional. The staff made me feel comfortable right away, always smiling and ready to help with anything I needed. The food was another highlight of my stay. There was a great variety every day, with both local Tunisian dishes and international options. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and very tasty. A special mention goes to the animation team — they were full of energy, friendly, and made the atmosphere really fun without being overwhelming. The hotel itself is well located, with easy access to the beach, and the overall ambiance is relaxing and pleasant. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back!"

"Worst place we have ever stayed , place is filthy , no cooking pans or kettle , no plates etc , windows dident work they were screwd mostly closed with a gap each end , floors were filthy bathroom tiles stained and shower glass covered in soapy grime , Breakfast was a boiled egg a piece of bread and a coffee served in a dark dingy room above reception, Diddent feel safe no security lots of men hanging around , checked out after one night , loveholidays no help at all"
