Swiss-Belhotel Sorong
"Walking distance to the Sorong-Waisai ferry, western & local options for the breakfast buffet and great staff. Could be cleaner, the streets are noisy at night & the facilities are getting old. However, I’m not aware of the other options in Sorong… perhaps this one is the best. Do yourself a favor and book the VIP tickets for the ferry!"
Paparisa Manise Hotel Sorong
"Convenient before taking the boat but rather rustic and not very clean."
Aston Sorong Hotel & Conference Center
"No free shuttle to aiport.."
Rylich Panorama Hotel
"Nearby to some restaurants is about the best thing going for this hotel. Roof top pool area has no shade during the day. The all you can eat bbq they do is really good meal when it is on"
M Hotel Sorong Managed by East Season
"Good place to stay, strategic location and suitable for visiting. The only thing is the hotel may be tilting on one end. Overall experience is positive."
Hotel Mariat Sorong
"Very bad, the location is ok, but the hardware is very outdated, too old, and the hygiene is not good. The air conditioning in the lobby is not turned on, it is very hot, and many sheets are dirty"
The Belagri Hotel & Convention
"very unfortunate, the room was dirty and smells dusty. amenities is not complete, TV is not working and the air conditioning wasn’t cool."
Marina Mamberamo Hotel
Guardian Family Hotel
"When I arrived I was poorly welcome as they couldn't find my booking, after 15 min of waiting instead of saying "sorry we finally found your booking" I got "give us 50K for the deposit of the key". The room as expected was tiny and didn't have windows, but the strong mold smell in the room without proper ventilation was the most problematic. At least, despite being in poor condition and absolutely not like in the pictures anymore, I had a clean bed, a warm shower and AC. Only good for sleeping a couple of hours before catching an early morning flight at Sorong Airport."
