"Comfortable room, beds, and had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Great location, 10 min drive to Blue mountain ski resort and close to shops and restaurants in town. Front desk was courteous and friendly. Maintenance for a clogged toilet was quick and nonjudgmental and also helped boost my battery for my car. I didn't use the pool or hot tub but it looked like a nice size and was used by guests as we walked by on the ground floor."

"The sofa bed was not prepared in advance, so we made it ourselves. I don't know if it was not put in place properly, but it kept making creaking noises all night. There were a lot of people at breakfast, and an uncle at the front desk kept saying that my child made tea leaves and didn't throw away the outer packaging. After explaining it many times, he still said it was my child, which made me a little unhappy. Everything else was good"
