Shenzhen Hotels with Breakfast

Big room in futian CBD area. Nice buffet breakfast spread and big bathroom. My big family like our stay for 2 nights. Coco mall just walk down the street

Location: 5 stars Responsiveness: 5 stars but if you are expected somewhere new with a team of warmly welcome staff, delicious breakfast, it might not be the one. There’s always room for improvement… and hope to see so.. Special thanks to Ms Leah at the executive lounge, she’s the only proactive lady to learn your feedback and overall experience:)

The hotel was shown as a 5 stars but I don't think it deserve to be a 5 stars. It's Old, water pressure is low and hard to adjust to the right temperature (it would either be really hot or cold). Wall paper was partly ripped. Bathtub wall has black spot (can't confirm if it's just dirty or mold) The overall property is not bad on the outside. It is on the boarder of HK and SZ, so it's good location if you wanna be close to HK. But note the road going in would be jammed of u are going in and out before the boarder close. Overall all, I would not recommend it as a 5 star hotel.(Unless everything else is booked) Maybe as a high 3 star. With current price I can find better place to stay in the mode center SZ area. Room stayed sees a little HK area ( it honk it is HK across the creek)

Hotel Futian Shangri-La is a palace hotel. I liked everything about it: the cozy room, the breakfast, the swimming pool and gym, the elegant and discreet luxury atmosphere. Great staff! Unfortunately, no rooftop bar so far but I heard they plan to have one soon.

Situated at the CBD of SZ, The Ritz Carlton provided us with a remarkable memory for our celebration for anniversary & happy birthday. Special thanks go to professional staff including Annie Fu, Erick Lu, Kylie, Molly, Mark, Jimmy, Mandy, Fiona, ... etc,,who took care of our stay. The cheerful day started from the “birthday cakes rain” in WeChat from Annie😄 Facilitated by her, the room was upgraded to a spacious room with interior celebration decoration as well as the stunning view of the CBD. The room setting was comfortable and the services at the club lounge on 26/F was excellent! We love the bathtub with LED TV by the window. Through the relaxing but cool staycation, we enjoyed 5 meals at the Club lounge on and a buffet breakfast on 2/F. We got great time too at the pool, sauna, & gym room, and surprisingly got a tasting cocktail at the lobby at 6-7pm. Erick was also another one key person of our amazing customer experience 😊 He is decent, humble, presentable, and friendly. The overall customer experience / journey of this stay was fab! It would be great if the hotel put more effort on general dining food taste & hygiene standard (especially the buffet restaurant Flavorz on 2/F), as well as upgrading the architecture maintainence (especially the lobby lounge ONYX on 1/F and partially in the room) which is generally ageing. Could also consider if replacing the traditional toilets as the advanced auto e-toilets in the washroom of the room. We like the staff services most and would definitely revisit again!

Excellent service, like the good weather here. The hotel rooms are really large, and the facilities are comprehensive. The the front desk attendant Kingsley Li gave us a free upgrade! Will come back here to stay next time

The hotel is conveniently located next to Shenzhen train station, which takes less than 8 mins walk through the underpass. Was happy to have the room upgraded to 22nd floor. The room view was spectacular with the border of HK and the City of Shenzhen, including the railway track consisting of high speed rail train and slow train. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices to pick from. Was actually thrilled to receive the spa voucher of 88 but alas, it was a disappointment as the service was poor. I came at 10pm, after changing my booking. The person in charge, just came hurriedly and spoke to me in Chinese( whereby my Chinese language was not so good as I am still a beginne) quickly and left me all alone by myself. As the massage room was in another area, where you need to step out from changing room, I was waiting for 10 mins to get a changing gown as I was only given a towel and disposable underwear. I went looking around for the attendant and found most of them in the front of entrance and none in the room, attending or checking on me. I just left without doing the massage. I report this to the hotel manager the next day, as I tried calling the guest service center and operator a couple of times after the incidentto give them feedback but nobody picks up the phone!

This is my second time staying at this JW Marriott because the room is spacious, and it’s about a 5-minute taxi ride to the center of Futian. The room furniture has a modern design, and the ambience is cozy! That’s why I came back this time. However, the room type I booked this time was different from last one. The hotel front desk staff, Roman, was very friendly and explained that my last room type was facing a construction site, which might be noisy in the morning. So he flexibly helped me change to a bigger room. And I want to especially thank Roman for his help. When I checked out, I accidentally left my house card in the checkout box, and he quickly helped me find it and arrange delivery sent it back to Hong Kong. Overall, the service here is really good, and the breakfast buffet has a lot of choices. So far, I’m very satisfied and happy with my stay! The uploaded photos are the room type I stayed in the first time, which was lovely!🥰 這是我第二次住這間JW萬豪，因為這裡的房間很寬敞，距離福田中心大約5分鐘的士車程。房間的傢俱設計現代，環境也很舒適！所以我這次又回來了。不過，我這次預訂的房型和上次不同。前台的Roman非常友善，解釋說我上次的房型現在面對著工地，早上可能會有噪音。因此，他靈活地幫我換了一間更大的房。 我想特別感謝Roman的幫助。因為退房時，我不小心把我的屋企入門卡放在了退房箱裡，他迅速幫我找回來，並安排將它寄回香港。 總體來說，這裡的服務真的很好，早餐自助餐選擇多。到目前為止，我對這酒店非常滿意！ 我上傳的照片是我第一次入住時的房型，真心正！🥰

Our family of 4 spent a night at Langham and found it to be a wonderful experience. This was our second time at this hotel and the service, staff and overall experience was great. Cynthia and her team at the executive lounge ensured we well taken cared of.
