It is very convenient to eat, drink, play and shop. There is a food street diagonally across the road. It is very suitable for friends who like to eat late night snacks and has high cost performance.

I just have time to go to the beach to relax in the past two days. I saw this hotel and famous hotel on Ctrip and I felt it was good. I didn’t expect to see it on the spot. Whether it is decoration or service, it is first-class and good. Come to this resort hotel to relax during the Lantern Festival. After checking in, the staff took us to the room on a golf cart. At first we thought the room was far away, but we didn't know it was near the lobby. The room was bigger than the description, with a kitchen, a king size bed, and a double bed in front of the bed. Round dining table. The kitchen has stoves and ovens, and snacks and drinks in the refrigerator are free, including Coke, beer, cup noodles, etc. The swimming pool is not too big and is only suitable for splashing around. There are floating beds in the room, and the check-in is excellent. The toilet is also very large, with separate dry and wet areas. There is a bathtub and disposable bath bags, so you don’t need to bring your own, which is great. Breakfast is served at a Chinese restaurant near the lobby. Two people can order 10 dim sums. The food is delicious👍🏻

Very nice hotel. Clean room, all rooms have nice golf course and lake view. Silent and relax. Staffs are friendly, breakfast is tasting good. 10 mins to Vanke mall. Unfortunately outdoor swimming pool is closed in Winter schedule. Also, hope to have handcraft class for kids.It would be great if there is golf + hotel package open to public on weekday.

The room we booked in advance was very nice in Kyoto, but we preferred the room on the upper floors, and we upgraded to the Tide Room on site.
1. You can see the sunrise from the room. It is so beautiful to watch the sunrise while lying on the bed after setting the alarm clock~
2. The location is very advantageous. You can go to the beach at the door. There are all kinds of food, entertainment and attractions within 3 kilometers~
3. Thank you very much for the enthusiastic recommendation of Xiaoming, the housekeeper, because I didn’t want to do too much strategy before coming. Xiaoming recommended a seafood restaurant a few hundred meters away from the homestay, and it didn’t disappoint. He also enthusiastically recommended the barbecue, which is cost-effective and fun. In the morning, there is also breakfast delivered upstairs. The service is very considerate. Everyone can listen to Xiaoming’s recommendation with confidence!

Stayed for two days. The surrounding supporting facilities are complete. You can park your car directly at the hotel and take the subway to go out. It is very convenient! The most important thing is that the children also like to live here. The breakfast is rich in variety and ends at 10 am, which is very friendly to children who stay in bed. The room is spacious, and the large bay window can also see the night view far away. Living on the 15th floor, it is not noisy to sleep. The staff is well trained and professional. I will stay here next time I come to Shenzhen

SSmartcanuckHotel is nice with a good pool for the dameisha area but very overpriced. The price of the hotel is like a 5 star international brand but it doesn’t deliver like it is 5 start. The management and its owners need to really re consider their pricing and their training of staff.
Pros - hotel is new, nicely renovated, and they have hired a lot of staff who are putting in effort. Their towels are very fluffy and nice. Robe is soft, absorbent and high quality. the breakfast has some selection but the cooked items could be improved so it’s less dry but it is acceptable and not bad with a good coffee machine and some western cereal (ran out of cold milk but staff found some ) . Pool is large, clean and beautiful, (not deep) and not very chlorinated, the bar has drinks (but no food). Photography package is a good idea, but photographers needs more experience. Bathtub is pretty, has salts and loofah sponge. TV has a Chinese Netflix and western movies (but you have to know Chinese to read the selections) and it has a music selection too.
Toiletries included with a good the if travel size Colgate. Fridge had one sprite one coke two Thai brand sparkling water bottles and two water bottles. Two packets of tea available, and one pack of coffee concentrate. Generally everything was clean. Breakfast pictures are included because it was vague
Cons- BUT staff are inexperienced, too young, lack training, slow and inefficient. If they change this much money They need to hire staff that are experienced and have a details, thorough and careful training program. They need to have more managers to manage the operations and the staff to develop the necessary soft skills. The management seem unrealistic hiring many inexperienced staff trying to deliver 5 star service. It’s better to hire more older more experienced 5 star staff with hotel experience to guide the staff instead of hiring so many very very young inexperienced staff . Though the staff are sincere and put in their best efforts but it looks like this is their first job, and I don’t expect much from them. They’re slow, inefficient, and lost because of a lack of experience. Many of my requests were lost and required several follow reminders.
Even though I have used the new automated toilets but their toilet was difficult to use and not flushing (low water pressure) bathtub and shower are poorly designed (but look pretty) and are hard to use. Restaurant was unable to explain what their 399 set dinner was, and didn’t have any photos
Manager Zhou was very effective at trying to follow up and apologising. She was thoughtful and willing to listen. But upper management needs to change, and hire more managers, and develop a detailed training program (not just 1-2 days) but much longer and more ongoing. I’m afraid to ask if they can even speak English. Overall this hotel isn’t ready, overpriced and this should just be a soft launch, with discounted prices. If you’re gonna pay this much go to another real 5 star hotel, or only book their cheapest room. But if you really like swimming then it’s worth considering cause the pool is nice.

I recently celebrated my always-18th birthday here lol, and it was nothing short of incredible. While the check-in processing took a bit longer than expected, the amazing staff, especially- Blue Du, really made my day special by offering me a beautiful room with a stunning sea view in a quieter area which required by me —thank you for that!
The beach and swimming pool area were superb—private, clean, and staffed with plenty of lifeguards, which made me feel secure and at ease. I truly appreciated the attention to safety.
As for the dining experience, I was pleasantly surprised by their Chinese restaurant, the food was delicious, and the dim sum exceeded my expectations—definitely better than your average dim sum place in SZ. (highly recommended the LaiChi shrimp ball and loster noodle, super yum!!)
To top it all off, the hotel sent me a lovely fruit basket as an IHG member privilege at night, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Overall, it was a wonderful birthday celebration, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommended!!!

UrCove by Hyatt is in the middle of the Nanshan Hi-Tech Park so a lot of offices and lack of residential facilities but still some good spot for restaurants/malls close by and covey convenient/central to navigate in Shenzhen.

GGuest UserOur suite was exceptionally big, much more than we needed for our short stay, but we could have done with a couple more rubbish bins-- thought it was very strange that we did not have a bin in the main bathroom and second toilet! We had called ahead to ask for arrangements for my daughter's birthday and while the decorations were in place when we arrived, we had to chase up on the cake, which sadly ruined the surprise a little.

The hotel is connected to the mall which is very convenient, and there are many attractions in the surrounding area which is a wealthy neighborhood. The gym is great, and the amenities provided in the room are what you would expect from a five-star hotel. For $100 a night it is a good treat
The security guards at the swimming pool absolutely killed the experience. They are constantly watching and judging and yelling at you if you swim the wrong way. You cannot relax at all in the pool and I wish the hotel would fire all those *****. If you don't come to the swimming pool, you'll have a good time
