Hotel was fine. It just annoyed me that I had to call the following week to follow up on my fapiao. They said they would email it to me when I checked out but 5 days later it still hadn’t been received. Such a small, simple, yet annoying thing to have to waste time dealing with.

Hotel is next to big modern shopping mall and mtr, convenient location and ~30 min frm shanghai train station, which we used instead of hq station which is pretty far away. Didnt have time to eat brkfst there but plenty of places outside too.

Location is great, the hotel is a little bit old but clean. The stuff is nice, professional and friendly. But the swimming pool is so small, and it’s not possible to swim in there. The kids have the swimming classes and the guests have no chance to swim. Before the parking was for free for the guests, and now we have to pay for every night.

The room was spacious and overall the service was satisfactory but the the air-conditioning system of room was very poor. I needed extra heater in my room. Also bathroom curtains were jammed at a level and it was not making sense to have that curtain. Actually the hotel send someone to fix that but he also couldn't fix it.

Fengxian is really a paradise in Shanghai. I chose to stay here for one night. After all, it is a hotel operated by an old luxury hotel brand. Even if it focuses on cost-effectiveness, the services in all aspects are impeccable. When we checked in, Miss Grace at the front desk answered many of our questions enthusiastically, and told us where the swimming pool is and how to park. The room is spacious and clean. Everything is sufficient. I will stay here again next time.

I booked this hotel when I came to Guangfulin for two days. The price of Marriott brand is also very cost-effective. When I checked in, the front desk staff was very enthusiastic and told me that my reservation did not include breakfast, so I added two. The room was clean and comfortable. There were many varieties of breakfast on the second day, and the service was also enthusiastic. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance.
