As soon as we entered the elevator, every button was unclean, like dirt from the decoration; in the room, there was thick dust on the telephone, including on the top of the bedside backrest; there was a puddle of water on the floor of the shower room; there was a puddle of water on the floor next to the sink. The sign for hanging towels was wrinkled; the storage area next to the closet was stained. The child asked if he wanted to tell the waiter. I said forget it. I was very tired after playing for two days. After all, it was a Courtyard. It must be that the occupancy rate was not high and the cleaning was not diligent. Well, I went to bed at night and found such a huge stain on the quilt. It was really unprecedented and outrageous before I stayed in a hotel! ! ! ! The customer service came and was very nice. They moved me to another room. I turned over the quilt and found that there were no stains, but the dust was still everywhere. I didn't sleep well all night, and I always felt like something wasn't particularly clean, and what was the stain just now? When I checked out the next day, I was offered a bottle of wine as compensation, but I didn't ask for it because I don't drink either, so I couldn't compensate for it. The stains on that quilt are always on my mind🤮

The accommodation experience is very good. I have stayed here many times. I wonder if the room has been upgraded this time. It is very comfortable to live in. Every time I come to stay, I will order room service in the morning and evening. Alicia in the service center has a very good attitude. However, as shown in the picture, the amount of food delivered this time is not a lot, and it is much less than the previous amount, which is not enough for two people.
