One island and one hotel, great, beach, snorkeling, crab catching, shark watching, fishing, banana boat, speed boat, glass boat for free, you can play every day, and finally we did three routes, all of which are island hopping 2 -Three islands, js itinerary is very wonderful, I will come again next time. The proprietress is very humane. Even if I went late and didn't have lunch, she gave me a side dish to solve my lunch problem. The dogs are also very cute. We can see water birds, but we don’t have a chance to see turtles. I’ll try my best next time.

I don’t think I have ever written a review of a hotel. I returned home from Semporna after a transfer in the middle of the night, but my heart was still in the water house in Semporna. It was my first time to Malaysia. I saw that this water villa was new and had high ratings, so I booked it with the mentality of giving it a try. The result was really beyond my expectations. The thoughtful arrangements made by the Chinese butler, the clean yacht for pick-up and drop-off, and the warm and honest black people all made our anxiety turn into peace of mind. Along the way, everyone was amazed by the jelly-like ocean, the clearly visible starfish, and the various small fishes everywhere. The clean rooms, the quiet environment with only six rooms, the fresh and hygienic dishes, the fun of being able to go down from the public area to play in the water and catch crabs at any time, the simple black people who took close care of us while diving and took us to visit the Bajau people, all left our family with a good impression of Semporna and even Malaysia. Because the sun is too strong and the lighting for taking pictures is not good, let the beautiful scenery be recorded in your eyes and heart. I highly recommend staying at this hotel when you go to Semporna. It's such a great experience.

The hotel's primary focus on Chinese guests is evident in its services and amenities, which are predominantly in Chinese. This should be clearly stated in the hotel description on the booking websites. The villa itself is well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with everything you need. The beds and linens are of good quality, the toiletries are nice, and the bathroom is modern and clean. The air conditioner is quiet, but the external unit is quite noisy. The exterior and garden are lovely and clean. The breakfast buffet was subpar, with cold food and coffee that required guests to microwave (completely in Chinese) it themselves, which was also a major inconvenience. Yet, the variety and quality of food was good and tasty. The staff seemed indifferent to the lack of coffee and food, and the lady who came to ”check” on us only brought coffee when we asked. Overall, our stay was satisfactory, but this place definitely needs to improve its hospitality and guest service. Given the above this place is too overpriced.

It is also free to change change, directly at the real-time exchange rate, without charging additional fees, and you can exchange it for RMB if it is not used up. The food here is also good. You can go to the town to buy it and then ask the boss to help process it. During the processing, you can wash and clean up, and then you can go to the restaurant for dinner. It is really comfortable. The lights are on at night, the homestay is super beautiful, and there is also a swimming pool, you can let go and take pictures. If you bring children, it is also a good place for leisure and entertainment. It is also very convenient to go to the airport. You can ask the boss to help you book a car to pick you up and pay the fare. The boss will arrange it for you. It is really a wonderful experience. Here, you can really feel the joy of vacation. It is not an exaggeration to say that it is a paradise. Also, when we came that day, it was noon, and there was no room available. I was also very tired and didn’t want to go out. The boss also asked very considerately, and then let us eat something first. Although it was breakfast, it was delicious for us who had just finished the plane. There was also free mineral water. For us who were tired at the time, our hearts were really warm. Of course, the price may be slightly more expensive than other hotels in town, but it is really not expensive for his service. The price-performance ratio is very high. It is worth recommending.

The food, prepared by the owner and chef who hail from Guangdong, was the best I’ve tasted in Semporna. Each dish was bursting with flavor, showcasing authentic Chinese cuisine at its finest. The resort is about 15 minutes from Semporna town, but they offer a free shuttle service to and from the town, which makes it incredibly convenient for guests. At night, there’s outdoor karaoke under the stars, creating a fun and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, the resort had a homely vibe, with the owner and staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The resort itself is new, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home the entire time. The peaceful surroundings, combined with excellent service and food, made this a perfect getaway. To note that the staff mainly communicates in Mandarin, so knowing a bit of the language would be helpful. I stayed here for a night after a 5 day dive trip and this was the perfect place to unwind and relax. I loved my stay so much that I can’t wait to return. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat in Semporna!

Stayed alone with my baby for three nights! It is not an exaggeration to describe the whole Semporna as dirty and messy. This hotel is considered good in the local area. There is a chef from Shunde. If you buy seafood, the chef can process it for a fee. The hotel provides a car to the pier and town. If you tell the boss 30-40 minutes in advance, he will satisfy you. The local big grab seems to charge different fees according to different time periods. In addition, I forgot to bring my bag when I went out the next day after the first night of my stay. I found that my RMB and MYR were half gone when I came back at night. After telling the hotel, I would check the surveillance to help confirm. As a result, there was no feedback the next morning. I contacted Ctrip and they said that the hotel cooperated with me to call the police. I want to say that I am alone with my baby and I want to call the police. My personal safety is not worth mentioning compared to the 800 yuan. Why do I remember it so clearly? Because I ordered RMB myself the night before, and I also took the Malaysian ringgit in the town the night before, so I remember it clearly that half of it was missing. After arguing with the hotel manager for a long time, the hotel manager said that he would compensate me in full, but for various reasons, I took half, and told the hotel manager that the remaining half would be returned to me after you find the thief. In fact, the hotel cleaners are all locals, and they are really not worthy of any trust. There are two Chinese and one Malaysian Chinese in the hotel, and of course they are very nice. If the management of employees and the service during check-in can be strengthened, I believe that staying in this hotel in Semporna is a good choice.

The hotel is in a great location, with a large supermarket at the door and the seafood market close by. The room is warmly decorated and fully equipped. The key is that the boss is very nice and enthusiastic. We stayed for two days and felt very comfortable. Recommended!

We did not expect such a small private property of hotel with this cheap price can provide so lovely and clean room , room is super clean , not very big but enough for 2 person and with all basic equipment that u need , simple breakfast and helpful staff , everything is good , will come back again if have chance .
