I like this homestay very much, especially the customer service Mango! It was my first time to come to Semporna, and I had to change water houses halfway. I stayed in Semporna for a total of six days, so the time was relatively tight, so I am very grateful to Mango and the housekeepers Nickson and Fei. Each itinerary was arranged on time, including airport pick-up, boat delivery, arranging speedboats to the water house to pick up the island hopping tour and send to the pier, and even thoughtfully provided pictures and instructions for luggage storage locations, which made me feel safe. The hotel has several shuttle buses to the center every day. Compared with the center, this side is quieter, very clean, and cost-effective. The housekeeper will travel with the car every time, and will appease the guests if they can't find the location, let me take pictures, and then drive to the nearby pick-up. If you don't want to wait for the shuttle bus, a taxi (download Grab) back to the hotel is only 8 Malaysian ringgits. All the itineraries were arranged before check-in, and there were no mistakes in a week. It is really the top service in Semporna! For the accommodation environment, the wooden house is very clean, cleaned every day, sleep at night, and play during the day, which is very suitable! As a homestay, it provides everything it should have. There is also a small refrigerator in the house for storing drinks and ice cream. The breakfast is also Chinese, so don't worry about only Western food. It's good to drink white porridge and pickled mustard greens! Especially on the last day, we set off at 6 o'clock, and the hotel prepared breakfast at more than 5 o'clock, which is really great! I will come again next time!

The service is really amazing. I asked the boss to help me book a tour of Sipadan and island hopping. It was a hassle-free trip. I didn't have to worry about anything. He also lent us a GoPro for diving. The housekeeper was also very nice. I forgot to buy aloe vera gel because I was sunburned, and he even gave us the extra aloe vera gel he bought! The wooden house is beautiful, but the schedule is tight and there is no time to take pictures. Although it is not in the town, shopping is not very convenient, but it is quiet and has a good environment.
