Maani Muscat Hotel & Suites ★★★★
"Worst hotel stay in my life Checked in at 4 am in the morbing and I was morning and I had the do not disturb sign at my door, completely visible. The one who woke me up DIDNT apologize and told me they were authorized to open the door. ITOLD AT THE RECEPTION TO DO NOT WAKE ME UP These two men name are Majid and apu , and they are waking up the entire hotel without concerns if you check in at 9 pm yesterday or at 5 am in the morning. They are rude and disrespectful, didn’t even apologized once. I asked to speak with the manager this morning after it happened the first time but he was not available. I told the reception to mention that I DO NOT WANT to be disturbed while sleeping If you value your sleep don’t come from this hotel. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE"
